Yardrat's teleportation is meant to sense Ki from a person as far as Goku can tell. How a Yardrat can sense Ki from another Universe?

Just because Goku's version of the technique is trash doesn't mean the real deal is too. Remember Goku said they had tons of techniques but it took him one year to just learn one.

Kaioshin can teleport without sensing Ki and can teleport between universes, too.

I'm really happy the U2 team didnt turn out to be a full on moe cute magical team, I'm not really a fan of the whole "magical girl" BS in anime as a whole.

Goku remembers one of Universe 2's member as a Yardrat... What's going on? Shouldn't him be from Universe 6? What are the odds of a race from another Universe wear a very similar clothes of another race from another Universe?

Maybe the Yadrats ARE from Universe 2, but they just happended to be at that time in Universe 7 for some research or something?
Would be cool to know Goku had contact to people from another universe so early in the series!

Seems like the gravity for each fighter is the same as their birth planet. This means that who was born on Earth has a small advantage over others.

It doesn't exactly make it fair for Goku or Vegeta who were born offworld in higher gravity sure they can handle x10 but its still a disadvantage in some ways.

We know he'll be important from both the camera focusing on his reaction to fight, and from a narrative perspective he;s the odd one out with the four gods by sitting out the fight. That a narrative importance flag right there
