Naah he ain't the type to keep holding such a simple grudge..
If and When he goes about it he will not only break her arms first but her legs and her skull before shoving the now immobile body out..

But really, it would be hilarious if he laughs when she is eliminated, saying something along the lines of "weaklings like that shouldn't come to play" with a smug look

I think Jiren might be a red herring, and the true opponent of Goki is yet to be revealed. Jiren just seems way too obvious for me.

I fully agree with you. It looks like they're going to fight in the next few episodes and he doesn't seem like Toriyama final villain material to be the big bad of the tournament. Come to think of it, none of these new characters seem capable of being a major threat to the team's main 4 (Goku, Vegeta, Freeza & Gohan).

Do we know which of the new characters are designed by Toriyama apart form the destroyers they showed when the arc was announced ?

Definitely a end game of the god forms, my bet Goku knows about this in theory but is putting it to the test for real, or it is a trigger transformation like SS, SS2 Gohan, SSIkari.

I don't know. The very earliest I see Goku fitting Jiren is episode 101, and even then I don't see him fighting him then. I honestly don't see them pulling a red herring with Jiren.
