Going by next weeks episode title, do you think it's possible Goku and Vegeta just soloed Universe 9??

Despair is a pretty intense word for just an episode title in the middle of a battle royale.

I guess it can be taken as either All the universes or to describe a single universe. Given what we know about Goku and Vegeta getting ganged up on episode, I think it's a possibility.

I for one, want Kuririn to knock Basil out the ring. Ever since that Image training episode, i thought it'd be cool if in the actual TOP we see Kuririn use tactics to ring out Basil. Not sure if it'll happen though :[

It's definitely possible, but I definitely wouldn't take it as something that'll definitely happen.

I took it as them going at it together once again but this time around, goku dosen't ditch everything on gohan, he fights with him..
Also, mayyyybe it's to show gohan will actually continue martial arts with his dad now, but that's just my inner gohan liking speaking

Gohan will definitely be the last major character standing besides Goku. They built up Gohan specifically for this arc and it's pretty obvious Vegeta is going to take a huge fall before the end. The only question is what happens to Freeza before the end, or hell, he might just purposely disqualify himself and jump out of the ring so he could start scheming things before the tournament ends.

yea guys. i do actually believe universe 7 will have 4 remaining fighters in the top 10,15 or 20. goku,vegeta, gohan and frieza. frieza will probably destroy + knock out tons of fighters, atleast 3-5. he seems very confident as of now. he is most likely one of the top 10 strongest fighters in the entire tournament in hes golden form.

either frieza will lose to jiren or toppo, or he will betray u7, and lose to goku or vegeta. the ultimate plot twist would be if frieza decides to fight for hes universe survival, and sacrifices himself for saving goku or vegeta, that would show great character development, but i doubt so, either he loses to someone strong, or he betrays U7. but both vegeta and piccolo used to be villains, and turned good. who knows, maybe that happens to frieza aswell`? i doubt so, but we never knows.

as for gohan, i do belive he have more power in the trunk. i also believe he will somehow gain a power upgrade during the tournament.

He uses it against Bergamo, the energy absorbing wolf dude. Makes sense that he is somehow manipulating his ki to not let Bergamo absorb it, as many have theorized.

Tenshinhan used Tayoken again ? I believe he hasn't used his technique since the original Dragon Ball. In Z, I recall only Kuririn, Goku & Cell used it.

The new ending was okay. The song itself is pretty forgettable though. Boogie Back was way better in my opinion.

I agree the song was a major letdown but the visuals were great! Boogie grew on me a lot it's definitely my favourite ED.

The irony of the Gohan/Goku ending pisses me off especially when Goku was the first one to leave the group, ignore Gohans directions, and not work together.
They dont have to write Goku like this.

So it seems like U3, U9 and U10 have very very little chance based on what we saw in the episode and the next preview.

U3 had their survival plan backfire, U9 is going toe to toe with Goku/Vegeta and U10 is just sad all around.
