Anyone watching show despite not liking Goku anymore?

I stopped liking him already in Buu Saga, since he wanted kids to fix problem he created, but in Super, e became even worse, i know he admits he is selfish guy wo love to fight and he saves universe along the way, but that doesnt make him less annoying to me, he make Gohan captain, then is first one to ditch his team, and is once again caught offguard, he really needs to change or grown up, i know thats what make him unique for soe people, but me personally, i cant stand him.

Yeah, I kinda feel the same way. I think it is partly a combination of me finding Goku as an adult to be dreadfully boring along with the crutch of the series since the introduction of Super Saiyan that as they encounter increasingly powerful enemies, they just counter it by finding a new transformation for Goku.
