What the Hell could this be? Its not even by FUNimation. If you look at the publisher its by a company called Tai Seng? What?

That's extremely bizarre. What sort of Ultimate anything DVD would only be 100 minutes long?
Hey, I entirely forgot I had an account here. AGAIN.

Well, that has to be the hong-kong live-action movie since the publisher is Tai seng.

Or maybe this is to celebrate the ten years since the end of the series.

Oh man, if this is really some sort of special edition of the live-action movie loaded with "special" features and whatnot, that would be hilarious.

If this has the chinese version of the live action movie, I'm all over it!

Well, I suppose it is gonna be some kind of a special edition of the live action DragonBall movie. For a second though, when I saw it wasn't by FUNimation I thought maybe it was gonna be the Harmoney Gold DB movies. :(

I wonder if the film is easier to tolerate in its native language.

(I'm guessing no.)

The english dub was pretty damn hilarious.

From the small clips I saw from the chinese version, it's 100x funnier. Master Roshi shouts something like "DENDO POWER!" in chinese. I remember quoting that for months.

Weird. :? Tai Seng specializes in selling martial arts and foreign film DVDs. I've bought many kung fu DVDs from them in the past. This Dragonball release of their's could be something special.

Been getting a couple e-mails on this in the last couple days. Haven't had time to do any research on it, but yeah, the publisher immediately jumped out at me as being for the live-action movie. My first thought is (as mentioned) perhaps a dual-language release.

Those are likely lost forever. The best you could do at this point is find an original VHS recording or one that has been copied to DVD. Extremely unlikely and there are probably only a handful of people that even have copies of it (the quality would suck anyway).

Remember seeing it on tv. So bad it was funny and we couldn't change the channel.

I've never seen this before, but I have (of course) heard of it. I guess I'll get it.
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

Fan of Dragon Ball Z and various other Anime since '98! ^^

a lot of Tai Seng's dvd suck.
Don't count on this DVD to be a big improvement. Those bastards made shoddy DVD releases of movies that my company (Joy Sales) have released on DVD.
The world is your's.

Considering they released the movie to begin with (and considering what the movie's like) I'm sure no one's holding their breath for quality.
