ARE DAISUKI' NON-ENGLISH SUBTITLES LEGIT AND FROM TOEI???

Hi. This is a question about daisuki.net. I know that the English subtitles for Dragon Ball Super come from Toei (I think...), but Daisuki has Russian and Spanish/Latin subtitles that are added later. Are the Spanish/Latin subtitles and Russina subtitles as reliable as the English one? I'm asking this because I'm going to do a hypothesis video and will use something like Google Translate to make sure there's no English translation error.
