Popo's wish in Namek saga...
He asked to revive EVERYONE that Freeza killed and he killed the saiyans, and some of his soldiers/henchmen. Do you think it's possible that planet Vegeta resscurrected?

Yeah. Shenron states this when Popo tries to make his wish. I, personally, believe it only applied to that wish because it was billions of people being revived, even with the year limitation. And would have been billions of trillions without it, far too many for Shenron to bring back. So he rough estimated his power limits to a year instead of "I can only bring back 349,125,654,019 people at once." leaving Popo with a WTF face. >>SatoSky wrote:I remember someone here saying that the dragon can only revive a person who was killed within the last year. Not sure if that's accurate though. I could be imagining that I read it. It's happened before.

<Kaboom> I'm just glad that he now sounds more like Invader Zim than Rita Repulsa
<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.

Doesn't Porunga not have the year limit, though? I know it doesn't have "I can only do it once" problem at least, so while the Earth dragon balls can't make the wish, maybe someone could use Porunga to do it?
Now I'm getting off topic and hypothetical.

Hey, I entirely forgot I had an account here. AGAIN.
Well, that depends, are we talking Buu-saga parunga, or Freeza-saga Parunga, who could only revive one person at a time?
... On that note, was it dub only that Parunga seemed a bit exasperated when asked to revive the Earth's population?

A planet isn't alive. Even if the Saiyans came back, they came back to where planet Vegeta used to be.TheTET wrote:He asked to revive EVERYONE that Freeza killed and he killed the saiyans, and some of his soldiers/henchmen. Do you think it's possible that planet Vegeta resscurrected?
You have given me a Marvel-ripoff idea for a fanfic.
Oh, and... umm... all those discussions about the saiyans that were away from home: I'd imagine some of them were on planets that survived when they were exterminated. Nevertheless, the year-rule stands?

So practically, if it worked we would have had thousands of dead Saiyans floating around.Rocketman wrote:A planet isn't alive.
