Relative Power-scale on Dragon Ball Super

Hey guys!

So, lately there's been a lot of talk about who is stronger than who, so I thought about giving my thoughts on this by creating a power scale. Just to clarify, this is a power scale, it doesn't have specific absolute numerical information, because in the events of Buu Saga+, absolute numerical values are very hard to gather and apply to the fighters, due to the huge numbers. This is a relative power scale, meaning we will be comparing fighters one to another, to make a proper scale.
The fighters I will be using are the ones that stand out more. I'll use Z-fighters, some villains, and some neutral characters as well.
I created tiers for a better understanding, and there isn't a specific restricted order inside a tier... it can vary on the situations.


Low tier:

Muten-Roshi;
Ten Shinhan;
Kuririn;

Low-Mid Tier:

Android 18;
Frost;
Piccolo;
Cabba;
Zamasu;

Mid tier:

Kale (?);
Cell
Caulifla;

High tier:

Future Trunks;

Gohan/Android 17;

Super Tier:

SSG Goku;

Future Trunks (SS Rage);
Toppo/Hit;

Godly Tier:

Freeza;
SSR Goku Black;

Godly Fusion tier:

Merged Zamasu;

God of Destruction tier:

Beerus/The other GoDs;

The Angels;

I was gonna put Farmer with the Shotgun above Zen-Oh, but it would be treated as a meme or troll post and it wouldn't be posted, but we all know who's stronger between those 2.
So, what do you guys think of this power scale? I used characters/transformations from both the anime and the manga, and tried to make the most sense of the scale as it is.

Gohan =/= trio altogether
