When I said I wanted characters to have muscles again in Dragon Ball, a Female Broly and a female USSJ was not what I meant.

I never really believe Caulifla learned SSJ2 that quick. I think it was just a powerup, it was really brief and didn't appear to be normal. Just because there was some lightning doesn't mean that her form changed. If she had SSJ2 she wouldn't bother with such a useless form known as Hulk Saiyan. This makes more sense, she is just now reaching the next stage in her evolution. SSJ > SSJ Hulk > FPSSJ > SSJ2>SSJ3>SSG/SSB
