Looks like Toshiyuki Kan'no, who worked under Ebisawa from Studio Live, drew that cover.

That's actually Masaki Sato.
He did both covers, I believe.
I asked him to confirm one of them on Twitter a while ago, and he said he was embarrassed by how sloppy they were. I really like them, so whatever.

So its Masaki Sato. I like his style. These 2 covers are awesome!
BTW is there a way to have more informations about DBZ artists. (how to know the name of the studio or if they are still active in some projects??)
