Because each planet has its own hell. Freeza's area is part of Earth's Hell.
That makes no sense, though.
Toriyama, flying by the seat of his pants, again. Honestly, you should not bank consistency on his writing.

Also, as much as I hate involving myself in this debate; all previous iterations of Hell in this franchise were technically a part of anime filler, or in Movie 12.

Not to say that they're not all one in the same (Toriyama's globe depiction of the Universe since retconned showed Hell to be similar to what the anime showed at the time, from memory)

First half of the episode looked pretty decent all things considered, but the second half that was pretty horrendous to sit through. Fortunately the dub continues to pay dividends, so good, "...oh holy one" Also got a lot of Doc Morgan this episode . Just a fortnight left guys... almost there!!

Would you believe me if I told you that that part of the episode received corrections from its Japanese airing?

Oh I am aware, for a moment I genuinely thought that they got the wrong video masters! I wonder what my thoughts from the Japanese broadcast were...

Then Champa and Beerus and then Beerus arrives and takes all the focus away from the fight as soon as it goes hand to hand. Argh!. Well it seems Feeeza weakness hasn't been revealed yet (phew), but looks like it will next episode. But the second half looked ugly, whew. Overall what I expected really, next episode looks more time wasting. Oh and music was dreadful again. U6 can't get here sooner.
So not much has changed then, still crying for U6.

Except that he'd never SHOWN hell. Even then, he described what happened if you were sentenced to Hell in the Buu Saga. He just added on to it for Resurrection F & Super. Originally, it was where dead souls went after being purified & stripped of all of their memories, which explains how Uub could be a reincarnation of Kid Buu. Then in 2015, he established a version of it being where a soul was sentenced to their own personalized version of Hell, at least it seems the most evil beings, meanwhile the good souls & people who kept their bodies could go to Heaven, or Otherworld. Hell, Yemma even sent Dabura to Heaven because he knew he'd like Hell too much. All that we know for sure is that there are multiple places for the dead to go, but not as it's shown in the anime. Hell, even later in the series, the anime contradicts itself from keeping the dialogue setups to describe what Hell is like in the Buu Saga from the manga. It's also why Kai: The Final Chapters partly pisses me off, as they retained animation & dialogue that makes NO sense in the context of the show for the Hell scenes & the English dub didn't do anything to mitigate the continuity error of Gaz & Mez mentioning they met Goku, when Goku didn't go down to Hell at all in Kai.
Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.

Not really. It makes no sense because I can't see what you mentioned there.

"Everyone talking so loud and annoying."
What does that even MEAN? Is the audio mixing too loud for the voices for you? Are the actors talking too loudly in scenes where it doesn't make sense? Is your TV volume up too loud?
There's, literally, no context to what you mean by this other than, by your opinion, they're talking too loudly. It makes no sense because as I've watched the dub, I've never heard this complaint at all anywhere else.

"Nothing is subtle."
Outside of a joke that actually added to a gag in a filler episode, I'm not seeing what isn't subtle when it's not justified. FUNimation dubs the show with a good amount of accuracy to the Japanese, so if there's not subtlety, then there isn't a lot in the Japanese version in the first place. What isn't subtle? What is? Again, no context & generalized statements here.

This is what I don't get about your ranty diatribe here. You provide NO context, you make generalized statements, & you brush off anyone who states that your statements make no sense as not getting it because they're of another opinion, when you don't give ANY explanations on why you think what you do. Hence,"And THERE'S someone having a bitch fit that makes no sense!"
Also, I can tell English might not be your first language by your elementary grammar & spelling mistakes that I've, thus far, corrected for you to make some sense of it. You want a joke? Look at yourself.

Almost the Freeza arc finishes next week!

As for less awful... Well the bridging episodes were good but they were good in the Japanese too. The actual arc is still garbage but hearing Ayres had made it less painful I guess. I ended up liking the BoG arc more dubbed but the Freeza arc my opinion is still the same #24 and the last half of #25 are some of the worst animated DB ever... Eurgh.

So, is episode 26 premiering at 11:30 PM ET? If that's the case, then this would really help those 11:30 ratings since viewers may not want to watch the same episode again from 8:00 PM.

Wonder if they're gonna reassign the 8:00 time to another show eventually. It happened with Kai.

For a few lines in the second half it sounded like Freeza was voiced by someone else. It sounded like Todd Haberkorn to me.

Um, there was a line from Frieza, that totally didn't sound like Ayres

I think it's Haberkorn

Scratch that it's Daman Mills and also Usubeni is left in Japanese thank God as no English version could beat Mark De Groot's fandub.
