Is this in the english Budokai too?

Yeah, I think so. I remember seeing it there (Without the Dragon Ball Z logo though)

That was the english opening, i don't know about the american.

Actually, the european version had this video as the introduction of the game.
The american had, I think, Rock the Dragon and the Japanese had "Head-Cha-La" in 3D.

The NA version has that as well. If you let the game sit on the title screen it'll show a fight first, then go back to the title screen, then show that.

Well, the European version had it as the main intro (like for the Budokai 2 and 3 intros) and not as a waiting screen.
