Vegeta's the only one I find semi-unbelievable.
17 got 2 episodes, Gohan got the preliminaries, Freeza got 2 episodes, Vegeta....I don't know. Hopefully NewType's episode titles come out soon.

I hope that's the reason. I'd like to see Vegeta make it farther into the tournament than I'm expecting him to atm.

From what I heard, this is for a puzzle game in Japan. They picked the 5 strongest (or popular, idk) fighters of U7 for the game.

Puzzle or not, I believe those 5 will be the last one standing from U7 team. I don't like how three of them are saiyans, but it is what it is.
Goku is the main character and it's finally time for Gohan to shine. I would replace Vegeta by C18 or Piccolo.

Every script is approved by Series Director Nagamine Tatsuya and Producer Sakurada Hiroyuki. It's not like these things aren't going through a filter. It's not like the storyboard artists don't pay attention when translating these scripts into storyboards. It's not like the episode directors don't delegate how they want a scene to be handled during production.

It's not like that means they automatically do a good job either. I've never watched a show where who the lead writer or animator for a particular episode mattered so much. It doesn't feel seemless.

The staff does matter and should matter. These are the works of real people, people who the audience will consume the labor and feelings of.

I think his point, and he can correct me if I'm wrong, is the story should flow better between writers. Of course some are better than others...but there should be a general consistency between episodes.

You people learn nothing. Do you see what happened with Krillin..?

There were so many people they needed to reintroduce. Vegeta didn't need an introduction because he's been heavily involved with the series so far and he's the clear number 2. He didn't need multiple episodes to dedicate to him. That would've been stupid and a waste of time.

Ridiculous that people assume he will be knocked out early because they didn't spend a lot of time on him.
