Worst new character in DBS

The entirety of the Universe 10 team. Basically a bunch of macho dumbasses that were basically nothing but disgusting fodder with no interesting gimmicks to their characters at all. It's all the more disappointing when you realize this Universe was majorly featured in the last major arc. It doesn't help that they're gonna be erased next episode and the only character I'm left dripping a tear about is Gowasu.

The worst? Kale.

Do I really need to say more? Like... Her name carries what there is of bad stuff, if you want to summarize everything, just says "Kale". "What a Kale day", "what a Kale episode".

Anyway, it's Kale, indeed. There wasn't a need to wank a (bad) movie character just because popularity and bringing him through another way just to please his fans. Her character is becoming more and more unbearable and episode 100 of Dragon Ball Super didn't do her justice. Her personality also doesn't help, she just can't go along with her surroundings, she doesn't fit anything, you know. Hopefully she will disappear as quickly as she came.

lol, as messed up as this is, I agree. #101 made me like her a little more so she may not remain this way for me. Really, as long as she stops recreating fight scenes from the Broly movie and reciting his lines, I'll prob end up liking her. Other than Kale, I don't really like Jiren much so far.

To be honest I don't even know WHAT to think of Jiren. I mean, the question was (thread title) 'Worst new character in DBS' - thus far Jiren doesn't meet the criteria to be considered a character; he has no personality and has done pretty much nothing of interest. At this point he's nothing more than a plot device waiting to happen.

If I had to pick one and only one then it'd have to be Cauliflaw. Everything about her from her look to her personality is very annoying. Although Kale isn't much better, at least she hasn't gotten as much screen time and her design isn't as bad. I will give both of them one thing, they've made me dislike GT Pan less which is something I thought could never happen.

They might've done more with the team if they featured some of them in the previous arc.

Definitely these Magical girl characters, good lord, they're absolutely dreadful.

They were pretty bad but unlike the 2 Saiyan girls, we probably won't see them again after next week's episode.

Bra was delivered by an Angel though. Thats pretty epic.

They look cool because gohan is owning them it make me wonder what's their gimmick

I really like a lot of the characters so far shown in DBS. I like Monaka...but then again I enjoy Toriyama's various gag work outside of Dragon Ball.

Though if I say worst new characters I'd say Universe 3. I was really hoping Universe 3 would have some interesting designs and would be a tad bit relevant (maybe the remaining will be in future episodes). And by interesting I mean the endless amounts of parody's they could've chose to use especially since Toriyama love's creating drawings of machinery. Maybe a parody of a Zaku from Gundam?

He's not a new character.

Technically he is a new character to Dragon Ball Super.

Although I don't know how anyone can hate him. His personality and his incredibly dry sense of humor and tone are what make him very interesting and fun to watch. I'm going to be extremely disappointed if he's knocked out next episode by Ribrianne and become the 2nd one out for U7, but I doubt that will happen.
