I loved Goku elbowing Recoome in the stomach and knocking him out. It was so cathartic and a little bit spine-chilling given how this is first time we see Goku in action since the end of the Saiyan arc and how much of a danger Recoome was to Vegeta, Gohan and Krillin.

Oh... and welcome to Kanzenshuu, Dbzfan99.

Goku punching Nappa in the stomach. After Nappa killing off character after character and humiliating everyone else, it was nice to see Goku, a person the Saiyans automatically dismissed as garbage, turn the tables. Seeing Goku appear on Nappa's head and then bury his fist in Nappa's gut pretty deep was very satisfying.

Many great ones have been said already, but I really like Goku's gut punch to Freeza:
Image
The full scene slows down the animation a bit, and it gives you a sense that after a long fight, Freeza is no longer a match for Goku.

Ohhh, that sort of gut punch! Mine is Goku using a Kamehameha Wave to give Krillin a supersonic punch in the face during their match in the 22nd WMAT, before kneeing him in the gut and pinching him on the ground before he flies out of the ring.

Not a very well-made GIF, but I'm going to add this moment from GT:

I don't think you can find anything more painful than this.

Followed up by something worse then any physical attack, a very spiteful, emotional gut-punch!

This is one of the best:

ShadowDude112 made an excellent GIF of the entire sequence where Goku punched Piccolo's gut at the 23rd tournament:

A few years ago I made a GIF of just the punch:

I also really love when Tenshinhan punches Tao in the gut so hard that he passes out in one blow:

The sense of speed and power in that scene is incredible.

For some reason my mind jumped to Vegeta gut punching Zarbon, digs his fist in, takes a moment to talk some shit then blows a hole right through the guy. Namek arc Vegeta is so cool.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Definitely this one. Piccolo and 17 seemed BRUTAL for some reason to me and it's largely to do with the sheer body bending gut punches.

The one Goku gave to Freeza is my favorite. Other gut punches I really like include Goku vs Piccolo (23rd Budokai), Goku vs Vegeta, and Hit vs Vegeta.

Probably Goku's one-inch punch against Freeza in RoF.
