I seriously doubt they purposely designed Dyspo to look so similar to Beerus without a reason behind it. Because all the other Pride Troopers look completely different from one another and Dyspo's design could have been any other alien looking design.

Exactly they could have easily made him another color and we wouldn't even be getting the comparisons.

About today episode: I just loved how Hit still acted like badass while losing

SSJ God is faster than regular Super Saiyan but uses less energy than SS Blue and Goku can alternate between SSJG and SSJB.

Shouldn't that be obvious? I mean every Super Saiyan transformation is faster and stronger than the previous one (SSJ God > SSJ3 > SSJ2 > SSJ). Heck I don't know why this even was addressed. I mean if was something like God is faster than Blue, then I would be impressed.

It's good to see other universes fighting each other. I was getting tired of watching U6 and 7 vs everyone.

Others who? In this episode we still saw that the tournament remains with the All vs. U6 and U7.

Characters reusing similar character designs in the series is not a rare thing. If Dyspo had a big connection to Beerus, he would have been shock by it which he didn't. I think him looking a rabbit version of Beerus could be some type of meta joke because a lot of people thought Beerus was a rabbit before BOG came out.

He may have made it his own, but we have no reason to assume he could access it in its entirety after he fought Beerus. This is half the reason the Saiyans bothered to train with Whis. And we certainly have no reason to think he can't use the form again.

It's not stated anywhere that SSB strains the body more than other SSJ forms. The calmness of the ki involved and the destructiveness a form has to the body are mutually exclusive, also.

Goku has improved massively since the U6 tournament, and has only used ordinary KK since then. There is no reason to assume he wouldn't gain significant mastery over it in SSB. It's Goku, after all.

Yes, they do all have ki control. Even the gods. Only Goku didn't, and only during the initial part of his fight with Beerus.

Why wasn't this stamina issue brought up before ? we've seen Goku and Vegeta use Blue for the smallest of things yet out of the Blue (no pun intended), they bring back red and say it's a better form ? I can't believe after all this time they're still surprising me with the lack of care they put into their writing.

The mind set was probably something like "it's popular in the manga so let's do it here, never mind the fact that it wouldn't make sense but since when have we made sense anyway"

Could have been on the entire other end of the tournament stage. If he was near them he probably would have been blown off by Caulifa/Kale. So he obviously wasn't in reaching distance to save them after his team fell off the stage.

Somewhere else, not paying attention to them. If he was actually a part of the team Kaseral formed, I probably would be asking this question too; but he wasn't.

Someone asked Toshio if Vegeta can use Super Saiyan God in the anime. His response was "I think he can use SSG. I'd like to see SSG on DBS." Toshio must be a big fan of SSG

He used it a lot in the Zamasu arc as well and no one brought up this issue.

Then what was their thought ? why was it brought back out of nowhere ?

They've done it time and again so why would it be different now ? everything with Trunks was just them doing because they thought'd be cool or something, for all we know the same thing's happening with this.

It was brought up by Goku in the U6-U7 tournament. I guess it is only an issue when Hit is around

Nobody said it was a better form, just that it doesn't drain stamina as fast as blue.

I agree with this, it was my first thought. I'm not complaining, I actually liked that in the manga. I was hoping they would use Vegeta too if they were bringing SSG back, maybe the next time.
