DBZ Movie 2 Question (Dr. Uiro's Brain)

Post by SonEric84 » Fri Sep 14, 2007 10:36 pm

So Dr. Uiro/Wheelo wants to take over Goku's body...but there is something I have always wondered ever since I first saw the movie. Why is the brain so big? It looks way bigger than a normal human brain. Was it enhanced with technology? I know it's just a movie...but it still kinda bugged me.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I didn't like that movie. Haha. Also the lack of Tenshinhan. The only parts I liked in the movie were Son Goku fighting Piccolo, and Kame-sennin's short fight. Okay, rambling now. How would he fuse that brain with anyone's body? C'mon.

Either it was artificially enhanced somehow, or, and I prefer this theory, it'd been in that jar so long that it swelled as it "pickled."

Yeah, it was an alright movie....it got weak towards the end.

If you take a clear water bottle and place it near the text in a book the words are magnified, maybe that's what's going on with Uiro's brain.

Cheap answer: In cartoons brains are always headsized or bigger.

Umm... Maybe without a skull his brain expanded? Of course then he'd probably be... less... smart... rinkles...

Everyone knows the logical answer is that his brain actually was that big, and that the way he was gonna connect to Goku's body was by putting his giant brain in a backpack, connecting it to Goku's empty head using a giant tube.

I actually didn't notice this until about a year ago. I always figured that his brain just became abnormally huge after it was put in his robot body thing-y (whatever it is).

It's purely my own interpretations, but the way it reads sort of makes me believe Uiro's "giant brain" was sort of this amlgamation of his brain and all his body organs that sort of fused together after being in there for so long.

-shrugs-

It's a neat idea.

That's really cool, what book did that page come from? And where on the daizex site did you find it?

It's from the Character Designs section.
