Why does everyone want Green Scouters?

I always figured the colors were just for fun and people like Vegeta, Frieza and Nappa didn't give an HFIL what color they were as long as they worked. While people like Ginyu and Zarbon would actually care about color. Basically they are like T-shirts some people want them fancy some people don’t care as long as it covers there body.

That does seem like the most logical explanation but I still don't get why the green ones are more popular.

YAY! Right now I'm wearing my green scouter (my red one hasn't come yet) and eating the strange unmarked, sweet that came with it...

Oh crap...I really hope it's a sweet!
