Woah, a lot of you are saying the groin hit from movie 7... Does it really hurt THAT much.... o_0

I also thought Freeza torturing the Nameks was pretty bad.

Kinda felt for Vegeta when Freeza pounded the hell out of him. It just kept going...and going...and he couldn't and wouldn't fight back.

But there's nothing quite like gonad pain. Unlike some more serious injuries, where shock briefly delays the agony, almost any significant hit to the nethers produces an instantaneous nervous overload right to the pain centers of the brain. It's like having a lightning bolt of purest agony instantly shoot up your spine with enough force to rupture blood vessels in your skull. Your vision goes momentarily white, and it's not uncommon to see stars as though you were just bludgeoned across the head. Tears hit your eyes and the snotworks start up .0003 seconds after impact as your lungs seize up and you forget how to breathe. There's too much pain to even vocalize (if you hear a man shout or yell after getting clocked in the nadgers, it wasn't that hard a hit), and the conscious mind is replaced by a seething vortex of anguish and pain. Muscle control only extends to the basic instinctual clapping of the hands over the vitals (in this condition, a man will ignore a baseball bat aimed at his face, and literally cannot raise a hand to defend himself), and the legs give out in slow motion as the brain shuts down.

It's only after a few moments when conscious thought has begun to return that it's possible to vocalize... moaning, keening, and gasping are most common as the lungs resume function. Vision takes a little longer to return, and it's only at this point that it's possible to wonder if something has actually burst down there, or if you've had a sudden involuntary vasectomy. The agony begins to recede gradually to a burning pain that can extend up the spine, and down the legs, though now clearly centered on the wounded area. It doesn't take long before it's possible to stand again, albeit in a stooped, curled fashion brought on by raw pain and dizziness.

Normally I'd say the movie 7 hit but since everyone else already took it, I'm going with the time Freeza dug his nails into Nail's forearm and then just ripped the whole arm clean off. Yeah, he regenerated it but still.

In Dragon Ball, when Goku's tail gets ripped off by his deceased Grandfather Gohan during BaBa Fortuneteller's Tourney. You know that had to hurt.

Also, the time when Vegeta turned into an Oozaru for the first time and stomped on Goku's legs. That was pretty brutal.

And whenever Piccolo regenerated his arm, it looked like he was in pain due to his heavily breathing afterwards.

Oh, you have noooo idea. Rocketman covered it rather well. I once heard someone else sum it up rather nicely for a girl I knew. "It's like 40 hours of labour cramed into 5 to 10 seconds."

It was in the manga, but I don't know what volumes, because I only have the 22nd-end of 'Dragon Ball' of the manga. I have a scanner, just not anything near those volumes.

Holy shit... I've experienced something quite close to this, and it did involve my 'nethers'. My whole body was shutting down and it took a lot of effort to stay conscious and standing...

I feel for you, Goku!

No wonder he un-transformed when he hit the ground.

Videl getting beat up always made me wince. Especially with the voice acting, it was great at playing it up. And Vegeta getting his spine almost broken by Cell. That was great for another reason.

Ya but for that to be accurate, wouldn't the guy have to know what it's like to be in labour?
