Anybody wonder if there could be a ceremony to properly inaugurate the new good of destruction perhaps a ceremony with the rest of the gods of destruction and zeno bestowing the new god with new powers???

Universes can always be restored, but Sidra could be deemed of doing his Destructive job badly and get kicked out of his spot.

Sidra's Kaioshin straight out said that even Freeza would already make a better GoD than him.

Like once they are chosen to be a the next GoD and finish their apprenticing are they given ki exclusive to the GoDs and is it a power up..also we know toppo was next in line to be GoD so he COULD of possibly replaced sidra

Of course, just imagine Goku getting stronger than Beerus. What would that accomplish? Ok, cool, Goku is the main character and is OP LOLOLOL PLZ BEAT SUPERMAN

But then again, what would he really destroy? Harmless civilizations? No... Weak evil guys? No... Strong evil guys? ESPECIALLY no... Goku is just not a "destructor" type. Now that I think of it, neither is Vegeta...

But here's a scenario I like to think about: Freeza replacing Beerus! It wouldn't make sense and I definitely hope it won't happen but it's still FUN to think about. Why? Of course, Freeza loves to destroy. He would love to blow stuff up all the time. (And say there are 5 minutes left) BUT! Whis would be there. And THAT would be hilarious. Having Whis repeatedly rewind time and telling Freeza to fuck off with his pointless destruction.

But that also makes me wonder; would Freeza be a bad guy if he was the God of Destruction? He was the ruler of many planets and didn't destroy them. I think the title would suit him well in the sense that he would love to go around, eat food, get people to obey his every whim, and destroy anyone who isn't happy about it... Just like he used to..... And just like Beerus does.

But fuck Freeza. I hope he just gets stuck in an infinite loop of backstabbing with Frost and we never hear about them again.

We don't know the process of how one becomes a God of Destruction. The only thing we know about this comes from Xenoverse 2, when there are more than one candidate, there's a competition to decide which one will be the next God of Destruction. Apart from that we know nothing, ̶J̶o̶n̶ ̶S̶n̶o̶w̶.
