But... aren't you supposed to be pure-hearted to become mystic? Trunks is a nice guy and all, but I don't think he has a pure heart just like his parents.

I could be wrong about the pure thing =P

I'd agree with you on regular Trunks, but Mirai Trunks, I don't see him having trouble riding the Kin'toun (if 23rd Budokai Chi-Chi could...) or anything that needs you to have a pure heart, he always seemed perfectly nice to me. All he ever had was the "righteous rage" that all the heroes, including Goku, had.

And I don't recall that ever being required, but I could be wrong.

Still, I think you get my point. Even if you don't think he he could get Mystic, at least give him an SS2.

He can transform to ssj2 in budokai 2 and 3

I agree with you on that one. He definatily should've reached SSJ2.
