Wait, so Frost didn't know how to access 100% of his power before this episode? How does that make any sense? At least this explains why 3rd Form Frost was equal to base Goku, but Final Form Frost was much weaker than SSJ Goku.

Haha technically it would've been predictable given their races tendency of deceit, but I honestly believed they'd come together seeing as how Frost called Frieza Senpai.

It makes sense because Frost is not Freeza and doesn't have to be as strong as him.

100% Frost and Frieza is just Final Form Frost and Frieza using their full power... I'm saying that it doesn't make sense for Frost to not be able to unleash all of his current power. I'm not saying that it doesn't make sense for Frost to not be exactly like Frieza.

Nothing was said or implied that he didnt know how to access it, the conversation went like this
Freeza: Can you do this? *shows 100%*
Frost: Oh.. if its just that then *goes 100%*

We will most likely get that in the after this arc is over in the Next Arc.

We where not going to be getting his backstory like that either in this arc, to much tournament fighting to do.

Honestly while I like Jimeze and Hoped for the Best but I figured sadly someone form Universe 2 was going and with him in the spotlight he was the likely one. I am Proud of his Character and want to see more of him in the future!
