Thanks Shin Moonwalker, SonGokuGT, sangofe, Timo & coola. Updated. Any chance of a sticky?

Does anyone have any info on Italian, Greek and Chinese versions? I also need to know when the Australian DBZ discs become bi-lingual. I think it's around the World Tournament saga.

I have some Itailian DVDs. I'll try a summary later.

Also, there are two or three Israeli DVDs for DBZ and DBGT available for rental (ONLY).

I find it interesting that there's actually an Israeli dub, but why would it only be available for rental?

By the way, the Hebrew dub is pretty good.

In The Netherlands the following has been released, everything is edited, 4:3, and only has an English track, with Dutch subtitles:

DBZ - Saiyan Saga (Pioneer/Saban Dub)
Eight DVD's, each with three episodes on them, the last two episodes have never been released.

One extra DVD was released with the first eight episodes on it.

DBZ - Specials & Movies ("Big Green" Dub)

Eleven DVD's have been released, in this order:

4: Movie 5
5: Movie 6
6: Movie 7
7: Movie 8

Nah, the TV-series covers actually seemed pretty good, at least from those small pictures. But if those movie-covers are the same as the norwegian ones, (Low-resolution screenshots that look like they were printed with an inkjet-printer) then yeah, those are terrible.

Okay, are any of the All-Region DVDs legal? I originally assumed they weren't, but I've found a site linked on the OFFICIAL Dragon Ball Z site that has them. They include Chinese/English subtitled DVDs and the American 276 episode series in strange sets. So... are they a legit bargain or does FUNimation link bootleggers by mistake?

Edit: Crap, nevermind. They're bootlegs.

Don't know where you can hear the entire dub, but here's the opening. It's fan-fucking-tastic! I got it from a little site called chalaheadchala.de, which now seems to be dead.

Yaa, I'm sorry, but I haven't time for the site etc. ^.-

@Sangofe: Like I said in the chat, I'll try to rip some clips from my burned DVDs.

Yep, but to bad, the feedback wasn't pretty nice...

Oh, I found some episodes from the hebrew dub at youtube. I love it! They changed some names (Vegeta -> Makita; Freeza -> Paris) and the pronounciation is VERY Japanese, but the voices are really awesome.

I started watching episode 31 of Hebrew DBZ dub, seems like pretty good voices, but vegeta's supposed to spit blood when he's hit in the stomach, no xD? He spits spit in this dub first (at least it looks like it on youtube), but when it's zoomed in later, it seems like blood, oh well, going off topic here.

Actually you are correct. In the Spanish DVD's Vegeta gets hit by Goku and stammers off drooling, when they zoom in on Vegeta's face it has turned to blood.

Okay, now you are correct. I should've re-read the post before rushing off to make screen caps. Oh well, at least part of the mystery of Vegeta's bodily fluids has been solved. Now, on to Trunks' conception... No!? OK.

Ahh, thank you! That is one of the greatest lists in the world! (^_^)
Now I can find DBZ in German! Easier!

I have watch almost all of the Dragonball Z in latin american spanish (back in the day when it was uncut for real and not the crappy release the Funimation is giving now). And I have watched all of the Dragonball movies in European Spanish. The translations on each of them are very good but the Castillan version give weird pronunciation to Son Gohan.
Even though I love the latin american version I would personally recommend to obtain the European version. Because the latin american release is just plain bad.
I aim to misbehave
