If they're taking Hit now, I'm even more sure the tournament will end soon (maybe interrupted by the "new warrior").

This is one spoiler most of us didn't want to know.

Universe 6 still have 2 fighters we have not seen.
Looks like Hit jobs to Jiren....so basically what everyone predicted was gonna happen. Though to be fair it happened after Goku got more powerful. The predictions were I believe Hit would job first to show how much of a threat Jiren is. Nonetheless it's not surprising since a lot of writers always use the trick to have the/a rival character get demolished to show how powerful the threat is. Dragon Ball has done it before too with Yamcha/Piccolo/Vegeta/Gohan etc. But I don't think we've had this happen after a new "form"/power up....unless we count Tenshinhan jobbing to a Piccolo Daimao mook after he and Goku were pretty much equal. Though it could also be argued this was done to show how far post water Goku has come. So I think this may be the first time the worf sacrifice happened this late.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

That was one spoiler I did not want to know... Hit took Goku's position, if it werent for him Goku woulda been knocked out of the ring, so Roshi and Hit is gone... now only Goku,Gohan and Freeza remains that interests me, why couldnt it had been the saiyan girls.

Additional summaries said #112 was "nearing the end of the ToP". It can't be much longer now I'd say 3-4 episodes max after the Kale and New warrior one.

I don't see the tournament ending before the end of the cour, unless it gets interrupted.

Hit going down does not mean the tournament is ending anytime soon.

You talking about the actual fighting or the arc on a whole? If the latter then yeah I can see it wrapping up by the end of the cour but I can't see the actual fighting lasting that longer, 10 episodes for the climax seems a lot.

If U6 is specifically being targeted now, there might be a chance that the namekians will make an appearance. Damn, I really hope they don't get eliminated to make things more dire for the saiyans.

I'm okay with Hit out of the tournament, so long as the fight he has with Jiren is good. I really don't like the term "to job"- just because a character doesn't win doesn't mean their attempt was bad. Who knows, he might actually inflict some serious damage before he goes down.

I think we will get information about the Namekians when Hit gets eliminated. Champa will probably be going nuts about hit being elimated and Vados will probably mention something about them.

Maybe. Hopefully.
I've just finished arguing that they'll likely be more relevant than Dr. Rota. Hope the show won't make me eat my words.

Too bad, I so wanted a 3 way battle against Hit, Goku and Jiren.. guess we aint getting that now.
With this I feel like U6 is about to get erased, theres a high chance in ep 114 Goku knocks out both Kale and Cauli.

It's a shame the summary for the next episode tells you who was eliminated for the episode that hasn't even aired yet. It's surprising that Hit is gone but then I guess Jiren would have to eliminate someone eventually.

I am very much looking forward to the Vegeta & Cabba episode (keep Vegeta as long as possible please though I know he will have to be eliminated eventually)

As for how many more episodes 1 more cour seems about right. So I I guess this arc will be over by the winter. We already have episode synopsis up to 114 so it's not many left. If 109-110 were also part of the cour that is only 10 or 11 episodes left. And we roughly know what happens in 4 of those.

This spoiler is not officially released until monday so Toei have spoiled nothing and it is the leakers getting copies early somehow.

There is still enough fighters left for many episodes and Hit going out and the Universe 6 Saiyans in trouble does not mean the tournament is ending soon.

Well you got what you wanted and although I didn't want to be spoiled like this, I don't really have a problem with Hitto being out. Makes shit even harder for U6, and it was pretty likely he'd lose a duel with Jiren. I still look forward to this week's episode to see Hitto's last fight against Jiren.

I'm a little annoyed Hit was knocked out before Caulifla or Kale, or both, really.

They are calling this the climax. Of course it's ending soon. Though it depends on if you think one cour is soon or not.

How much longer do you think it is realistically going to go?

But thanks didn't know about the leakers. Things probably do get released early. Happens all the time. Seems impossible to avoid spoilers though.

Since we got a new ED on episode 109, I see the tournament ending around 120-121.

I didn't want to be spoiled and i was just explaining it is actually not an official spoiler.

I didn't want Hit to get eliminated but everyone could tell that this was not going to end well for him. I hope that Hit damages jiren quite a lot.

I think it will go to at least 120 episode and probably up to episode 125.

This is going to be a long ending just like on Namek.
