And looks like the Namekians will be fodder. I'm not even sure if their fusion would be any good either. Sucks that they might end up getting the Hermilla and Prum treatment: Fighters hidden from the auidience leading them to believe that the hidden fighters are somewhat important, only for the fighters to be fodder.

With hit out, It might finally be time for Cauliflowa to be eliminated! Nice!
Freeza going after Cabba.. That can't be good..
Kale being alone for once would be a good change of scenery..
Maybe she learns to stand on her own two feet even without her berserker..

To be honest, I always expected that. Cool as it is to have some Namekians, I feel like the tournament laid it's chips on the table a while back. If you didn't get buildup in the recruitment episodes, or weren't prominent in the intro, you're a sideshow at best. The best we can hope for from them is they get the Obuni treatment where they don't amount to much, but put on a good show regardless.The_Destroyer wrote:And looks like the Namekians will be fodder. I don't like it too much. I would much rather the Namkeians get a full episode making them look powerful over 3 consecutive episodes of Caulifla and Kale.Kataphrut wrote:To be honest, I always expected that. It's simply a matter of buildup. Caulifla and Kale were introduced before the tournament for a reason, because unlike most of the new characters, they clearly have an arc laid out. So i'm fine with them getting more screen time since there's still more for them to do. The Namekians meanwhile, all I can hope for from them is a good fight and maybe some interesting interactions with Piccolo. They're not going to be the surprise last stand of Universe 6. In fact, Caulifla and Kale are looking the most like they'll be the last ones standing now that Hit's gone.The_Destroyer wrote:I don't like it too much. Jiren would have sense Vegeta and Freeza's power, Freeza went gold for a moment, and he still considers them no-threats.JulieYBM wrote:More like neither Freeza nor Vegeta have shown their true colors yet.Zamasu55 wrote:"With Hit out and Goku exhausted, Jiren's certain that there's nobody left to rival him. So, the likes of Freeza and Vegeta aren't even worth fighting for Jiren. This means they're even weaker than Goku and Hit. Yes, we knew that, but it's good to have confirmation for once.

I don't see why it matters if the two Nameks are fodder. As long as we get good fights out of them with Gohan and Piccolo, that's all that matters. I'm not sure what people were expecting.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Freeza himself seems to be disinclined to cross paths with Jiren. It's a little odd to see him so calm and unconcerned about being outclassed by someone, but they do seem more focused on pushing his hidden agenda attitude more than anything.HeroR wrote:Jiren would have sense Vegeta and Freeza's power, Freeza went gold for a moment, and he still considers them no-threats.JulieYBM wrote:More like neither Freeza nor Vegeta have shown their true colors yet.Zamasu55 wrote:"With Hit out and Goku exhausted, Jiren's certain that there's nobody left to rival him. And interesting interaction! I really hope they're not written as every other run-of-the-mill brute.precita wrote:I don't see why it matters if the two Nameks are fodder. We still don't know anything about and it looks like they are gradually going to build them up over so many episodes as we know the next 4 are about the Universe 6 Saiyans.Michsi wrote:And interesting interaction! Their scene next week will probably last no longer than 30 seconds in total.
I am still expecting something unexpected from them about the Namekian race generally
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Let's hope so, but I'm still very cautious with my expectations. If you think about it, Tien didn't really get his own episode either, he sorta shared it with Piccolo/Gohan and Vegeta/Goku. It's more like he got 10 minutes dedicated to his fight. Yes, he was mentioned in the preview, but that's pretty much the only warning we got he'd be relevant that time.namekiansaiyan wrote:We still don't know anything about and it looks like they are gradually going to build them up over so many episodes as we know the next 4 are about the Universe 6 Saiyans.Michsi wrote:And interesting interaction! I think losing to Goku humbled Freeza the point of not being the strongest in the universe no longer triggering him. Remember, despite gaining a golden form, he still came up with a backup plan to take out Goku because he knew there was a possibility that Goku could still be stronger than him.Michsi wrote:Freeza himself seems to be disinclined to cross paths with Jiren. I hope they stick with this new level-headed version of Freeza. Traditional DB villains -from Piccolo to Cell- always lose their cool so spectacularly once they no longer have the upper hand and it'd be nice if Freeza stayed composed like this.HeroR wrote:I think losing to Goku humbled Freeza the point of not being the strongest in the universe no longer triggering him. This fight is not the focus of the next episode while Tien's opponent was. The fight will just be a cutaway scene just to fill time just like their scene today and like Vegeta's scene with Rozie and Ribrianne.Michsi wrote:Let's hope so, but I'm still very cautious with my expectations. That's exactly the reason why i unsubscribed and quit being a member of them. The videos constantly stop playing midway. I am not paying money for that! If i have to pay a service, i expect service. And if they can't deliver, i will no longer financially support them. As a Die-hard Dragon Ball fan, i have a right to and need to watch the show whenever i want, with the utmost service: i.e. 1080p HD, subs, and most importantly, an actual video that works! Crunchyroll was unable to provide even that. Even though i refreshed the vid multiple times, even restarted my phone, it still didn't help. I deserve to get my money's worth, it's what i'm paying for afterall. Chrunchyroll is an abomination. They're shameless, and they no longer deserve my support.Kinokima wrote:The new episode is out on Crunchyroll but people are having trouble with it as always so if it will work whose to say.

I understand being frustrated when something you want to watch doesn't work and I have to say it actually did work for me yesterday after I posted this. But yes there can be video streaming problems when the episode first goes up & everyone jumps on it, especially popular shows like Super. I also watch less popular shows which normally don't have any issues.GodVegetto91 wrote:That's exactly the reason why i unsubscribed and quit being a member of them. But I am loyal to CR. I still think they are the best anime streaming service out there and I think I get more than my money's worth from them. I mean besides Super I am watching 3 other new series this season.
I mainly posted that to tell people it's up but there is a chance it may not work. But like I said I ended up watching it a few minutes after I posted and it worked just fine.

Is there any point in trying to promote Daisuki anymore?

Oh I didn't realize they were closing down. I don't personally use them but that is a shame.

Sooo I got banned for a month on reddit for dbs due to some post I made about Movie 12 how i see Gogeta look like he did the UI kinda of and I was asking how you think or imagine that gogeta using UI in fusion? how insane that would be?
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
I read about that, and I'm glad they're sticking around for at least that, but I relied on them for shows CR didn't get the licence for. I hoped to watch OPM again there (though hype dropped somewhat since the recent news regarding the staff for season 2)ArchedThunder wrote:They're going to continue to stream Super.Michsi wrote:
