I don't think so, in the Boo arc she had some moments with Mr. Satan in the 25TB and that's it, later she was killed by Super Boo, Piccolo otherwise almost killed Babidi, was responsible for teaching the fusion to Goten and Trunks after Goku gone, he was later absorbed by Boo who used his smarts to defeat Gohan. In GT he sacrificed himself to avoid Earth being destroyed and helped Goku to escape Hell, we can argue that both him and 18 were 'even' in treatment at the Super 17 arc, as 18 assisted Goku to defeat the main antagonist. Toei and Toriyama have idea how to treat characters anywhere near equally. Toriyama doesn't treat characters equally because he doesn't plan to use them frequently. I am not going to say I wanted less for Roshi and I will always say everyone should have had at least 2 episodes each so they get decent fighting time.
18 is getting more fights against the whole of Universe 2 soon. If Piccolo and Gohan beat the Namekians then Piccolo will get another fight. Overall, Toriyama and Toei have been crap at spreading the fights around and given everyone decent fights should have been their number 1 target but they have failed most fans.precita wrote:Piccolo and 18 need more fights. I think it's certainly possible for Zarbuto to appear, but 115 focuses on Goku vs Kefla, 17 and 18 vs Katopesla, and a scene or two with the U6 namekian fight.
