Just watched the video fully (I was at work, just glimpse through it), the guy that made that article mistranslated several things (Can confirm, I speak spanish).

1) They said they don't have the EoZ planned yet (Toyotaro could but not them). They did hint DBS could have potential to go post-EoZ.
2) They don't see DBS ending right now, in fact they said they don't have a solid number of how many episodes it will have.
3) They said they've wanted to do something in anime since GT.
4)They said their goal with DBS is to make it as similar as DBZ in terms of action/characters/etc.
5)They said they'll like Piccolo, Gohan and Pan having the main character role and also want Toriyama to develop more the Goku and Gohan relationship in terms of both wanting to reach new heights.
6)They said that there's possibility for more 1h specials and specials like History of Trunks or Bardock's.
7)They are aware fans are complaining about the censorship and targetting kids audience
8)They are very interested in Cell, they are waiting if Toriyama wants to do something with him.
9)They said that Trunks Blue hair, Gohan not having roles and Buu not fighting are Toriyama's decision.
10) They said that they can't force or change anything from the original outline unless they beg Toriyama and he approves, basically confirming that Toriyama does supervise the anime.

Toriyama is actually running the show in both anime and manga.

Fun thought. Goku in Ultra Instinct Mode has shown no signs yet of having any kind of personality, and who is he up against? That’s right Jiren! The man with no personality either lol

I've been thinking about this lately. Goku only went into the mode after being knocked out. I honestly dont think he can use the form without being unconcious or in some out of comission state.

She's been around since the beginning, equally as important as Nozawa. Literally the definitive Bulma. I'll miss her, and it hurts even more to know that Bulma's last words in the show were her saying goodbye to everyone before they went to the ToP. Rest in peace.

There'll be a year or two before another VA is chosen as a sign of respect. Most likely there'll be a hiatus or they'll write around having no Bulma for a long while.

I don't think they'll write the character off the show. She's too much of an established character in the show to do that. They've recasted main characters in the past after their main VAs died, or couldn't continue working, &, if they can find a similar enough sounding VA, which I doubt they can't, they'll continue to have the character. The character cannot die because she's seen in DBZ's epilogue chapter & she can't just disappear because she's not the kind of character who just suddenly leaves. Toriyama cares about the VAs enough to write in the manga a reason for why Krillin & Yajirobe sound exactly alike in the Japanese dub, but I doubt he'll go against canon he's already established to that degree.

I don't know about THAT long. Toriyama's most likely plotted out a lot of the next arc & I'm betting she's a part of it to some degree. Several months, I could see because of how much longer the current arc might go on for &, depending on the plot points that happen at the beginning of the next arc, a bit longer, but she's gonna have a new VA sooner rather than later.

Probably. That game's been in development for a while & is scheduled for release in January, so it's most likely that everyone did.

This all sucks. First Chris Ayres isn't gonna be Frieza anymore in the dub, now the Japanese lost a VA of THEIRS. What the hell IS 2017?

It's strange but they usually find VA's with very similar voices in Japan, I didn't noticed much difference with Tien and Roshi.

But man, I can't believe that happened, Hiromi voice as Bulma was iconic, what a sad day

It most likely is, since the TOP is going all the way till next year and Bulma likely won't appear in an episode till everyone heads back to Earth. So most likely there isn't any episode she recorded Bulma lines for that didn't air yet.

If Toei plans to recast Bulma, I hope they get a competent veteran to replace Hiromi Tsuru, maybe someone like Sayaka Ohara imo.
