Allot is pointing to U6 going, a waste yes but not 2 Universes at least. Brianne's New Transformation will likely be giving time to show itself off, so it is unlikely she is going anywhere even if the rest of her team is gone maybe.

Again all theories, but the 2 Universes thing seems like a major stretch to happen and be a killer in the character hype and building areas of this story.

They are just going to give the last 2 fighters of Universe 6 an average fight and they won't even tell us a thing about Universe 6 Namekians. If it is just a standard fight then I will probably join the group that wants Piccolo to fuse with them ecen though I hate Namekian fusion Their inclusion would have just been pointless otherwise.

One of Zarbuto, Rabanra ot Zirloin is a Tuffle but will be wasted just like Jimeze who is a Yardratian. I am going to predict that Ribrianne's transfromation will be wasted and she will be gone in the same episode just like Ganos.

The list is just endless.

It's sad but true, the other Universes really have been getting wasted.

Not really much to get out the latest spoilers. It seems like they're setting up a scenario where either Universe 6 or Universe 2 could be eliminated. It really does seem quite ambiguous and I'm intrigued to see how this develops.

Well yeah, they wasted characters from the start, remember U9? where we have literally all new species but only got focus on the 3 powerpuff dogs? and all of em got ringed out in 1 episode.
I'm one of those people that doesnt mind who gets ringed out next since my main problem being the saiyan girls gone now, anyone of the remaining fighters are all good. Be it Goku,Gohan going out the next ep I dont mind at all, theres a lot of characters I'm into right now thats not focused on just my favorites, Like the bugs, Freeza, 17,Katopesla, Toppo and his burns! and yes even Jiren. Besides, Goku already got a lot of cool moments, I'd be fine if he were out when him and Jiren fights in round 2.

It is World Building Basically.

One of the things the was exotic about this arc for me and I am sure other fans is the idea of other universe and what strange and powerful beings they have in them. I got my hyped for a very powerful and variety of characters showing what they can do. It would make the U7 Warriors remember they maybe Big Fish in their pond but their is a multiverse out their of = to + Stronger warriors out their.

I can see one or two Universes not being as powerful, but we got that with U9 and U10. The Arc needs to establish a Dramatic ideal of a few Universes even only having 1-2 fighters in each as Universes that have achieved power that can rival the best of U7. If we don't get that and U7 is only truly challenged by 1 Universe, U11, then Toei just made a wicked waste on both creativity of character and value of the universes.

Now I would hope this is not the case and I give value to characters and universes beyond just power.

But lets face facts that a good amount of fans put Importance to characters on their power levels. If the Universes, to many of them prove to be less of a challenge for U7 then they may be lost in the minds of Fans and the Grand ideal of a Multiverse of Universes will be dumb-down to just 2-3 at best.

They can get stronger, but it will be a bad handicap for the others universes to have to power-up to be relevant in the eyes of a good amount of fans and the story as a whole.

It was a theory just proposed by someone cause the the debate on who is getting erased by the previews is hard to say cause both U2 is losing some fighters and U6 is in battle and not looking good. So the spark idea that both will go came-up. It seems rather extreme IMO, but that is how it mostly got started.

Going on what this arc is like so far

17 is going to save 18 and beat Rozie and Ribrianne's transformation easily to make him look good.

Zarbuto, Zirloin and Rabanra are going to get one shotted because Toriyama wants a load of weak characters. Goku also gets another 3 eliminations while Piccolo is still stuck on 1.

Piccolo and Gohan vs Saonel will be an average fight with Gohan getting the glory as Piccolo is never allowed a good moment in this series.

Episode 118 will have one of DBS best directors and Tate doing the animation, it will be as good as episodes 114 and 116.

I will admit you get more animated about really anything when it deals with a character(s) you care more about.

But still I say the same if it was U4 and U3 at the same-time. It be very strange to axe 2 at the same-time and a wicked waste of potential. I give credence to those just going by their own theories(and it should be theories, some say these as certainties for some reasons), but it just seems extreme to me Toei could conceive in axing so much that they worked on to make the flavor of the finals be more bland with to much U7 and U11.

I mean seeing these characters with great designs ending up as fodders makes want this year to end already and move on to 2018, where we will get competent mainstream series that can blow away DBS(One Punch Man Season 2, Hero Academia Season 3, Attack on Titan Season 3, Tokyo Ghoul Re, Gintama Final Season, JJBA Vento Aureo, etc).

I'm ready in case Katopelsca gets rekt by Vegeta.

Time to add Zirloin to the "list of cool designs that ended up being fodder" which now consists of: Majora, Nigrisshi, Vikal, Maji Kayo and now Zirloin.
