I think if they aren't wished back by the end of this arc, they will be eventually. It seems like a predictable outcome at this point. I do feel that the wish will mostly likely be to "bring back all Universes erased by Zeno" which will bring back the previous 6. That most likely explains Markorra (or however it's said)

I hate to bring the money side of things to this discussion, but if they left the more popular universes erased (U6, U11, U2, etc) then it would basically by Toei throwing away huge profits through merchandising, so we will almost certainly see AT LEAST U11 & U6 return.

They'd effectively write themselves into a corner, because of the removal of so many open plot points such as Planet Sadala, and the Pride Troopers.

I really don't believe they will stay erased. DB Universe so rarely kills anyone off permanently, that I find it hard to believe it would do it to so many characters, especially those that were with us for more than this arc.
Future Trunks arc was a surprise, but that timeline was always grim and tragic as pretty much all of the main cast was dead there from the moment it was introduced. But this would happen in the main timeline and I just don't believe it.
