It's, hard to explain. It's a very visual gag. The whole scene came completely out of left field and I loved it.
Nah, I laughed at it too. XD

I just remembered this. The funniest thing I've ever heard in DBZ was in the English dubbed version of episode 194/209. During the part where Gohan, Videl, and Sharpner are on the balcony theres an announcement made over the PA system in the most absurd sounding Boston accent. Being from the Boston area I found this to be especially hilarious.

There are two dub moments that made me crack up.

One was the stereotypical Canadian accent on two guys when Goku was collecting Genki. Namely "I'm telling the guys back at the lodge, eh?" and "You hoser!"

The other was during the end struggle of the Garlic Jr Saga.
Krillin: I dunno, Piccolo, that plan sounds pretty half baked to me.
Piccolo: Trust me, it's fully baked.

There's just something about Sabat's ultra gruff Piccolo uttering phrases like that or telling Yamcha to "take a swig of that antidote, too" that's just bloody hilarious.

Um, you mean the doctor's last name was Mudd? ;)
Yes. :P I do that a lot.

Well, having just watched the Dragon Ball series, one of the funniest moments I saw recently was when Oolong disguised himself as Bulma and Puar disguised himself as Goku, both trying to fool the other. That was truly hilarious.

In Trunks Saga, when everyone is waiting for Goku to arrive...

Everyone is patiently waiting quietly and Krillin is playing with a can with his foot and the can falls over and makes a sound.

Vegeta then looks at him evily and Krillin says "Oh sorry".

Also, when Gohan goes to highschool and they're playing baseball...

He catches what was supposed to be a home run and while he's still floating in the air, everyone is staring at him and that funky music pops up, it really cracked me up.

Funniest moment I think was when Master Roshi was surprisingly perverted, even when Piccolo was escorting Buu to the Time Chamber. Roshi actualy fondled Bulma's buttocks, despite the tense situation, all he could think of is Bulma's butt.

Vegeta's line to Cell

"I do lots of pushups and drink plenty of juice".

Or something, Vegeta's smug face added to the hilarity.

Oh and Piccolo when he goes crazy around Goten and Trunks when they're trying to wake a sleeping Super Buu.

Yes, there are lots of funny moments in DB/DBZ but what always makes me grin the most is the cocky lines that people like Vegeta or Piccolo come out with and a lot of the trash talking. It's not so much that I laugh out loud but I just get this big grin spreading across my face. I just recently watched the bit when Android 19 says he definitely won't let go of Vegeta's arms and Vegeta says "No, you definitely won't" and starts straining then says "don't you let go, now" and rips Android 19's arms off... Then there's also Vegeta's face when he gets all Majin'd up and kills a load of the crowd. He does this excellent evil grin at Goku... That's so damn cool and never fails to make me start grinning like an idiot.

Yes indeed, that's the one. It's also cool how he actually goes into the grin; sort of raising then lowering his head or something along those lines. It makes it a lot cooler than if it was just a still head with the mouth and eyes changing.

Same here, one of my favorite scenes in the entire series. Also awesome was Vegeta's complete disregard for Babidi or Kaioshin and only wanting to fight Goku.

Best line ever...

Vegeta says something angry, when they're waiting for Goku to land...and Krillin replies with something along the lines of "Looks like someone's got a bad case of the hemroids" to Bulma.

I laughed like crazy.

DBGT 1-64 was the funniest part of Dragon Ball.

Seriously, was watching DB recently and heard about the Immortal Phoenix's death.

I always laugh when I hear Raditz saying "You are a very funny man." with that dark tone. Also: "Goodness! You've managed to seam some of my leg hairs!" Great lines, almost as badass as Dirty Harry.
It's all GOOD

In DB, during the Dr. Slump crossover there's a filler scene where Gen. Blue is obviously checking out Obatchaman. The tv version made a cover-up line about how "he reminded him of his brother" that I thought was funny.

When they are waiting for Goku to arrive and Vegeta asks Trunks, "What are you looking at? You claim you are a saiyan, I shouldn't be an odd sight to you then." Trunks says, "Nothing, it's just that I, uh, like your shirt." Vegeta scoffs, "You would!"

I have NO IDEA why that is so funny, but that is without a doubt the funniest moment in all of Dragonball to me. So much so, it has become a long inside joke between me and my best bro. We say we like something or see something, and we say to each other, "You would!" Which always results in tremendous laughter.
