Anyone else feel that the only way all the erased universes come back is if gohan or piccolo get the wish?

gohan and piccolo seem to be the ones who value life and not just based on powerlevels.

When has Piccolo shown any concern for any universe?

i mean he's mellowed out from his db days and he doesn't have selfish desires like the androids nor is he a fight obsessed nut like the two saiyans.

The Nep showed a scene of piccolo getting destroyed by a blast so everyone interpreted that as him losing even though nep notoriously mislead

Still looks a little too much like that scene with him getting hit by Nappa's blast, so it really might be a flashback and I'm guessing it's Gohan who's having it.

But seriously, it's completely in Gohan's character to think about wishing all universes back, and Piccolo is probably more than aware of that. Not like he has anything better to wish for. Though I doubt either of them are fighting to win the nr.1 spot.

Piccolo has nothing to wish for so would just wish everyone else back so they can fight in a another tournament sometime in the future.

He was just as excited as Goku when he heard the stakes. He doesn’t even care that much about the U6 Namekians.

That do like them that much. Half of the things that happen are callbacks.

If unlimted regeneration is something then maybe Piccolo uses it.

Not true. Vegeta could be swayed by his teammates to restore everyone and not just U6. Goku has shown frustration towards people being erased. Specifically when U9 got erased I believe. I think people should at least wait until we see their reaction to U6 erasure before we assume goku wouldn’t want to wish everyone back.

I say U6 because they’re the only ones they’re close to.

It's good to know Piccolo will make it to episode 119, but Universe 7 desperately needs to lose someone and I'm glad to know it will happen next week.
I vote for C18 to go out.

Goku is protected by his main character's armour and if he will be defeated, it will be only in the end.
Vegeta and Freeza are freaking popular and still didn't have a fight that pushed them to their limit. Same thing for Gohan and he's also the team leader (even though nobody listens to him).
C17 returned for this arc and even had a hype trailer only for him. I'm not seeing him to go out before C18 and Piccolo.

It is either her or Piccolo. C18 already did cool stuff and served her purpose, so I vote for her. She beat some opponents, teamworked with Krillin and C17, pull off the "My family" card and beat Universe 2 strongest fighter. There's nothing more for her.

Weird thing is he's already been asked what he'd wish for and undoing the other universes' erasure wasn't on his list. Granted, he might've simply answered flippantly then, but it was still odd to not have him bringing back the other universes (still think he'd do it if he ends up winning the top place)

No. I could see Gohan or Goku but Piccolo? Lol Piccolo has shown less care for the stakes of this tournament than Goku has. I'm more inclined to believe Goku would wish everyone back over everyone else with the exception of Gohan.

Gohan is going Ultimate in episode 118 and that is the second time. When you think about it what exactly is Gohan going to bring that Goku, Vegeta and Frieza can't. The same can be said for 17.

Ignoring all that, 18 has done a lot like you said and has to be the favourite to go.

I think it would be strange if anyone even half decent wouldn't wish everyone or at least some of the universes back to life. I would understand it if they thought it wouldn't be possible or allowed by Zeno, but I find it hard to believe that any good character wouldnt do it or even ask about it. At least half of the characters we saw looked decent enough. Especially people that we know from universe 7 (Frieza excluded). I know some of them have a one track mind but you would literally have to be scum of the earth to be able to wish trillion people back to life and wish for some crap like money. In my opinion.

I don't believe any GT was included in this, pretty sure SSJ4 isn't in the overview of Goku's forms for instance.
