To be realistic though it's far more likely for Piccolo to still remain somewhat active for the rest of Super, compared to say 17, 18, Tien or even Krillin.

I really don't think the Androids will do much after this arc ends, and Tien will undoubtly fade back into oblivion. I kinda hope Krillin sticks around though.

You know that Piccolo will be involved again and I know you are worried about seeing Gohan at the start of the next arc in his glasses and green tracksuit again.
I would be if the manga didn't have me covered with him in character..
He's either in there full force or he's fully out, no cock teasing, just the way I like it..

Don't worry mate, when it's time cry again when Piccolo inevitable remains irrelevant, I would be there, someone needs to keep giving ya reality checks
They are in check.

I can't wait until Gohan is back to being full on nerd and we get crazy theories like we did in the last tournament.

He will be most active apart from Goku and Vegeta, that is no bias from me.

What about a visit to Universe Six Namek? Do they have Dragonballs as well? Do they have a Grand Elder that can harness fighting potential like Guru once did?

They introduced those Universe Six Namekians and left so many unanswered questions that they will never answer because Saiyans get the priority due to the fact that they won the genetic lottery. Given the way Piccolo is treated they may as well write him off the show by having him say he wants to have a new chapter of life and permanently live on either Universe 7 or 6's Namek. Would be better off than continually getting low balled. But I'm over with that now.

It would be cool for them to visit Planet Salad don't get me wrong though. It would be interesting to analyze how peaceful Universe Six Saiyans are compared to the ones that once lived on Planet Vegeta. I don't see what the harm would be if we see both Planet Salad and Universe 6 Namek. Would never happen though because we already know the answer.

If they go to Universe 6 and need Dragon Balls then they will be going to Namek. Why would they miss the oppurtunity to have the other members of Universe 6 involved in the arc if they go to planet Sadal.

Piccolo is still relatively Young among them and has not a single business outside of martial arts..
But the way he has been treated until now, all his involvement will basically amount to nothing Goku Vegeta or gohan couldn't have taken care of in minutes..

Right, the red eyes namekian god theory come to mind am I right
Lemme tell you an amazing fact, Piccolo is on the bench and Gohan is on his feet kicking when he didn't even train a fraction of the amount Grandpa green does! How cool is that!

Super really has destroyed the fandom. For as good as it does sometimes, it leaves people hurting in others. Sometimes I think it would have been best for Dragonball to never have been revived at all. The 2008 special was all we needed.

Some of them, but I should have been more specific. He doesn’t really used the older cast all that much.

All Universe 7 members could easily get their own moment with universe 7 not dominating. It is not hard. Firstly tok many fights ended with eliminations.
The Trio de dangers could have lost to Goku and Vegeta but not be eliminated and they could have faced other fighters. They spent way too much time on certain characters even know we know there are other fights happening.

The tournament only seems to move when Goku is involved as well which is the major problem.
Don't lie.

If every U7 fighter had one solofight but was then knocked out, you would complain about lack of eliminations or screentime.

If every U7 fighter had ton of eliminations but was then knocked out, you would complain about lack of solofights and screentime.

If every U7 had good screentime but was then knocked out, you would complain about lack of solofights and eliminations.

I know this because this has been the reaction everytime someone from our team lost. Even Roshi was bitched about because he did too much.

People want their characters to do more, but that comes with a cost, other characters will have to do less. This is a monkey paw game and its time to accept that.

You wanted Piccolo to do something, he did. Sorry, it wasn't more, but guess what they could have just had Goku here and said screw off to everyone else. Then something becomes nothing.
No offense but you`re starting to sound as if nothing less than the way the story has been handled would be an impossibility. There`s the adage that you can never please everybody but surely you can try to please fanbases with something more? How many universes are here? How many have been given any spotlight? How many episodes Goku had with just one fight?
I'm not saying its impossible to write this story differently, I'm saying that there is no direction this could have gone that would have satisfied every single fanbase in U7 and flesh out the universes and make them all threatening.

Everytime I ask someone to write a small way they would have done this whole thing while keeping the 80 fighters, 48 minute time limit and battle royale format and satisfy all the fanbases, while keeping the power scale intact and flesh out the universes. They can't do it. they either A knock out all fodder at the beginning, including the humans, B. Have Goku have 3 big fights then fight jiren the whole time or C. Give every U7 one great fight and then knock them out leaving only Goku, Vegeta and Freeza in. All of which people would complain about. When it comes to the universes, they don't even know where to start.

Its their job to write and anime so they should be good at it, but they should never take account of the fanbase because most of you don't know what you want and actually come up with worst ideas than the show.

A franchise shouldn’t be dictated by fans whining on the internet because their favorite didn’t get spotlight.

Its highly unlikely the next arc is announced next week at jump festa. This arc will go to/through march, they aren't spoiling the next arc several months before. We didn't find out about this arc until weeks after the trunks arc ended and we didn't find out about trunks arc until after u6 tournament ended.

This isn`t rocket science but between these two extremes, there`s a world of possibilities.
To be that guy, Goku's fight was four episodes. Also, Gohan and Piccolo took several episodes to deal with the U6 Namekians, even if they weren't the main focused.
If you`re not giving any character other than Goku or Goku and friends some main focus, you might as well wrap it up in one episode.

Gohan is done after this arc and you know it. In the first episode of the next arc Piccolo will be saying how much of an idiot Gohan is being again.

I see you ignore Gohan protecting him in episodr 106 and in the lasr episode where Gohan was going to lose twice.

Don't worry it is only a clone from his multiform technique falling out and it will be because of that nerd. :)

You find Gohan being lazy as amazing? That and all his stupid emotional scenes make him look like an idiot.

Agreed aside from the deity i mentioned above,he doesn't used the old cast that much,i'm still shocked on how many panel gohan got so far.I'm sure everyone in team u7 will shine, there no way they had all these members to lose with no point here.

Maybe a planned movie or spinoff or something but to come out and say oh yeah next arc is sadala or anything would be so dumb and take away any surprises or intrigue in the ending of this arc whether it be if super shenron can bring everyone back, freeza getting the wish, jirens wish, etc.

The introduction of other universes, Goku`s UL, Jiren as a main antagonist, the way Freeza has been handled, the reassurgence of the older cast in the plot.

More than half of these complains would be better dealt if they spent a bit less time on Goku fighting everyone and a little more on the other characters and coreography. When you give all the cool baking to one or two characters and the rest just look generic, people will complain.

Because fanbases will feel the rest of the cast is treated the same way, regardless.
