I'd say we'll need a friend code topic when the NA version comes out.

Each game has it's own. I assume it'll be like that for the US version too.
Are you able to take you Japanese Wii version online and play people?

Yeah, but if you play against people in Japan, it lags to hell. You'll be lucky to find US players who haven't bootlegged the game and all have the same friend code.

I've got a Trunks related question (being the big nerd that I am). What clothing options do both versions of Future Trunks have? Are there any new ones?

For the costumes that aren't shown battle-damaged, is it just that they don't have a "based-on-the-show" battle damage?

They just aren't "damaged".
Take Vegeta as an example: His damaged costumes are shown and look exactly like that.
His father's armor has no damaged form, so there is a "damage" effect by a bit dirt in the face and a few simple scratch lines on him, but the armor, the costume itself, stays pretty much non-damaged.

So basically, there is an "effect" but not on the clothing, when there is no alt - perhaps sometimes a bit of dirt textures, but that's all.

And damaging armor is made more specific.
Attacks like Genkidama and so on can damage it and winning a beamstruggle damages the loser's clothing if he has a damaged version.
The remaining health doesn't matter in this case anymore.

Yeah, it all comes down to if you lose a beam struggle, or if you're hit with an ultimate that properly connects like Father Son Kamehameha, Warp Kamehameha, stuff like that.

Full Power Kamehameha doesn't battle damage unless it's in a beam fight, silly how they took that out.

I'd have liked progressive battle damage

What I want to know is, are the battle-damaged version selectable before battle? Like a costume, or only obtainable when battling?
[quote="SSj Kaboom talking about Future Gohan in BT3"]I feel sorry for Future Gohan.

. . . Is Vegeta's 'Bad Man' shirt confirmed? I asked for it in SDBZ, BT2, but they never did it.

Anyone? :?

Sadly, it would appear not.

I would like to see a #16 with Capsule Corp logo, a Yajirobe with mask, Majuub as Papaya Man, Tenshinhan with green shirt, white shirt and blue kimono with white scarf, Yamcha with his hair from the 22nd Budokai, 23rd Budokai and Buu Saga (he used the Kame Gi in filler), Nova Shenron with red skin, Paikuhan without hat and cape, Future Gohan without arm, Trunks Young with traning clothes, Mr. Satan with the clothes from Movie 9, Taopaipai shirtless and Future Trunks Fighter with Capsule Corp Jacket, Capsule Corp Jacket with Ripped Sleves and Saiyan Armor with short hair. There, I said it <_< glad I could take all this out.

Yay, it's coming out earlier in Europe than in USA :D (now I probably antagonized 90% of the people on this forum, but whatever).

Oh my god, I'm in love with the instrumental version of Mezase Tenka-Ichi :D http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=rigpNVACB6k
Too bad it's a little short. However... will the Japanese music be included? I tried to find it in the topic, but yeah, it's almost 100 pages long O__o;; Anyway, I did find some people talking about it, but not really anything certain. I thought I read somewhere that we have more or less a choice between English (newly created) and Japanese ("midified" music from the series) music (I think it was the same as with the voices, can anyone confirm this?) Can we be only certain when we actually see it when the game is released or has it actually been confirmed?

I can live without those, I think it's more important to give alternate outfits to characters who only have recolors, and characters wich have so few like Yamcha and Tenshinhan. I guess Nail fits in that category, but meh.

I can't understand why they presented blue skin for Nova Shenron, then they give us white skin, if they have put it red to begin with, it would be allright. And I won't even get started on Future Gohan, that's like beating a dead horse :P

About Yamcha, I don't like the Desert Bandit costume, it should be an entire new character. I mean.. early Dragonball Yamcha with Sokidan? And they even give a freaking Panzerfaust to Blue, when that's Desert Yamcha's weapon ;_;
Translation: all the moves needed for Desert Bandit Yamcha are coded in the game, Sword Rush, Panzerfaust, Wolf Fang Fist.
