If people were losing it before the episode even aired I can't imagine the outrage we'll see from certain fans. It's gonna be quite stormy tonight in deed.

I've been looking forward to the bugs from the get go. I'm hoping they give us a good show. Also given that none can see them they must be pretty small as well as fast, I wonder if their smaller then Gregory!?

Also I would not read to much into the whole "Piccolo accidently falls out the ring" thing. We've had this every single time, the exact details from those spoilers are never 100% accurate yet people still let their salt fuelled rage get turned up to 11.

Edit: I willing to bet its U4's own underhanded nature that gets the better of them that causes their lose.

I'm curious to see how the other universes respond to erasure because I doubt anyone is going to go out with as much style as U2 did.

I think U4 with all Respect to their characters and my own growing like of them, I don't expect them to go out as nice or gracefully as U2, U6 or even U10 did.

I see them, mainly cause of their GoD, as being somewhat of a more anti-hero universe, slightly on the scheming and bad guy side. Not full villain, just willing to be sneaky and dirty at times. So I expect their erasing to be fully of Anger and Vows of Vengeance, it will by like Scarface just more Angry "Say Goodnight to the Bad Guys!"

Getting to U2, Honestly the way U2 went out was one of the Best Death scenes I have seen in Anime, Comics, Movies, TV or much in General in a longtime. That is why I am not very sad about them going cause for one I believe highly they be back, but also as a Fan of Comics and Fiction, when a character has a Death Scene you better make pretty Damn Sure, saying this to the writers, that they go out in style fitting of their character(s). I felt both 117 but most 118 was a Giant Tribute to U2 and U6, but just speaking of U2 we got to see them at their Very Best!

What they believe in, the people they defend and those people of their Universe that look up to them, their connection to each other and overall how far they will while still be honorable towards their ideals of Love and in each other. It truly was one of the Best Paced Deaths I have seen in a longtime and I can go on and on about why it was.

I think in the end it did U2 allot of Good for their characters cause IMO it gained them by what I saw around here and parts of the net a good deal of respect. A death scene handled well can totally change the outlook fans have of characters, those positive or negative on them, but those that where always positive can achieve a whole new level of appreciations for them.

I give Toei credit where it is due, 118 was 100% Tight and they did a Death Scene Very Well, Emotion, Sad, but Very Well and with Great Honor!

I would have rather have him eliminated at the end of the episode, but at least he has a decent number of eliminations now.

A rushed episode.
They changed Gamisaras's appereance, he's not a bug.
Piccolo at least got to eliminate two fighters before going down... but he still did crap all in this Tournament.

Terrible episode. Where was Goku using completely unnecessary force and/or obligatory Super Saiyan Blue cameo? 0/10.

But no seriously I thought it was actually pretty solid. I loved how it included pretty much everyone and it was problem they all had to face together, rather than everyone on their own. It was a interesting change of pace.
