C17-C18 will probably fall also.
For Vegeta to have the possibility to fight Jiren mean Toppo and Dyspo will be fighting against universe 7 cause normally they protect him.
We know Goku want to fight Dyspo and he appear clear that Frieza and Toppo will be a major fight.
For Vegeta we have several hints about his potential for the TOP :
- Oracle Fish saying Vegeta is now a part of the prophecy.
- Vegeta trying to attain UI by his own.
- DBHEROES annoucement saying Vegeta isn't serious by now (hinting that he will have more than SSBLUE).
When did this DBH announcement say that Vegeta was not serious yet?
Well, that could refer to the fact that Vegeta still had not faced any opponent strong enough to force him to use Blue (until facing Toppo).
But if Vegeta's voice actor supposedly said that, then he must have recorded several episodes, right? He could possibly be speaking after recording an EP that Vegeta had already fought (against Jiren maybe)

Voices are usually not recorded that far ahead.

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.

He could've just read the script.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

About Vegeta getting UI, 123 never states anything that can only mean UI. The only thing that is weird is "Full Mind"
Two things i think can happen :
1) Vegeta comes close to being beaten to the pulp by Jiren, remembers his newborn and rages out to Full Power as SSB.
2) Vegeta gets eliminated by Jiren. Goku gets angry... UI comes out and Goku masters it.

In bose cases he gets stomped. But i doubt that it has to do with vegeta.

Two things wrong with that.
1) if Goku didn’t go “full power SSB” when he heard about what zamasu did to his family, it’s not likely to happen to Vegeta. I don’t think there are anymore rage forms, especially dealing with SSB.
2)Goku getting pissed off by that would just be weird and out of charachter.

I never understood what is there to rage about a member getting eliminated?
Piccolo gets eliminated, Gohan should get angry and go full power, Vegeta is eliminated, Goku should rage out and go full power..
No...
A member getting eliminated isn't the same as him getting brutalized or torn to shreds slowly when all the other can do is watch, that's something to get angry upon, this is not..

The only scenario I can imagine that would warrant such an extreme reaction would be if someone is beaten within an inch of their life, but I can't imagine Jiren doing that, especially now that we see more what he's like in the manga (haven't read it but apparently he's more righteous there) Unless he finds out about Vegeta's past and thinks he deserves a thorough whooping. I could definitely see him be disgusted by Freeza.
Another plausible scenario with someone getting angry - being close to defeat and the consequences suddenly hitting them full force. I could see this happen to Gohan and Vegeta , but Goku might display some too.

I remember some other Universe's members getting angry that their teammate got eliminated. Like Ribrianne... Universe 9 [?]...

Those characters were extremes and the scenes were meant to show just that..
Similar to how kale got angry because Goku dodged Cauliflowa's attacks..

Ok. Now if Gohan gets angry at Piccolo being eliminated, i dont see why Goku wont...

I really cant make anything of 123's title, TBH
....Gohan didn't go into frenzy or rage out over Piccolo..
He was Shocked and that was the end to it..
Even if gohan is visibly upset and weeping ( what? ) who will he rage out on now? Universe mouse is already gone..

Channel it to the Megazord? He did go Full power
Not his style to take out "anger" on somebody else.. Especially because the said anger dosen't exist..
He did go full power because, spoiler alert, combined robot is gonna kick gohan's ass..
i.e. his full power isn't because he is upset over Piccolo, but because the robot is capable enough to make him go all out..
Goku and Vegeta both went blue together to face him..
Gohan or Goku aren't getting upset over a simple elimination, that's just not who they are..

I could see Gohan get angry at himself for not being able to save Piccolo the way Piccolo saved him and have that fuel his will to do better, but I don't see him going full rage over anything yet. We'll see how the mind-control thing plays out, people have already started drawing parallels between this and future Gohan vs. androids.

Yes, if anything of that sort happens, this will be the extent of it..

Hell yeah, it's about time gohan claimed that cool future fight for himself..

Looking at these comments, and I think we may just end up having a Resurrection F scenario all over again. When leaks come out and expectations are so ridiculously high, as well as people completely making up their mind of being so sure of themselves, and then raging/being disappointed when it doesn't happen. "I am the King of Saiyans" anybody?
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
