Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 questions

I've been playing some DBZ:B3 lately, and I've had some questions I hope you can answer...

1. I'm in the UK and have the platinum edition (Japanese voice-overs included), and I was wondering if this was the Greatest Hits, or the Collectors Edition? I've heard I can get the extra "skins" like the Halo Goku etc. without using things like cheating devices?

2. I've been playing for about a week for a long time each day, and on things like the menu or the capsule-buying place, the higher-lighter goes down and i have to use timing in order to pick the thing I want... It's only nhappened today... can anyone tell me what's going on?

3. Does anyone remember where the Ginyu frog is? I heard you can go to the Cell saga with it, and I want to get #16?

4. How many times does the "Sparking!!!!!!!" (I think it was 7) increase the amount of money you get? Was it 400% or something...

5. Does it matter how many times I've finished the DU with the characters to get Mr. S, Kaioshin, Kibito-Kai, #16?

I can answer two of them.

1. From the descriptions I read of the US Greatest Hits version, it seems to be the exact same as the UK-platinium release... except that we got the vocal opening. Yay. Goku with the halo, long-haired Trunks and Piccolo Daimao can be unlocked in the Dragon Arena mode using specific codes. You can find those codes on the main site here. If you haven't unlocked Dragon Arena, you have to complete Dragon Universe with all the available characters to get it. (This includes Uub and Brolli.)

5. Mostly, to unlock the secret characters, you must complete Dragon Universe once. The first run-through is mostly just the main storyline with no additional secrets.

Thanks, but... I also have a vocal opening... It's the one with Broli, Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu and Koola (that's just how I spell the names...) as the villains and against them is Gogeta, Goku, Vegeta, Gotenks and Gohan...

I have Dragon Arena already... (Isn't the end picture kinda cool?) And how do you put the code in?

It's just that I've read "On ...'s second DU, ..." and it gets me a bit confused...

There's a site too?! Well, in the section of Dragon Arena where you're to select an opponent, press R1 and then select, you'll then get the keyboard to type passwords on. Pretty simple.

Thanks... now I feel pretty stupid...
