Yet you waste plenty of time in threads questioning why people would discuss such things.
It's fun to talk about the show we love, if it bothers you so much, just stay out of any threads that have any sort of speculative discussion of any kind.

Mr. Satan's tournamet was between the last animal populated tournament andthe human dominated one n the Buu saga, right? Maye Satan is racist and used his influence to force them away some how.

I take the thought that they just didn't fit. He really didn't have anywhere to work them into the story. Maybe as background characters but that's not really of any use either. When he was dealing with space he could make animal aliens, and there were a few animal people in the Trunks Special. But those were all background and really didn't have much purpose or point.
I find that with my fanfiction. I don't include the animal people because there's really no need or use for them. Hell, I don't think I've ever even used Oolong. Maybe Puar (though he's not a -people) but I don't think even that.
