When will you release a sprite

It's pretty good. Like how you got God Goku skinnier. Had trouble with that when I first tried it, but your's turned out well.

Don't know when I'll release anything... I'm working on Universe 4 at the moment and want to get them all together, but I'm only 4 sprites in out of the 10 I want to make.

Which program do you and anime kitten use

I just use Paint. Would probably be easier in basically anything else, but I'm most familiar with this one.

Those are cool, but you should solve Black's boots. Those janky white pixels are distracting. Just blacken them up and it's good to go.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but that's actually a really good idea! I'm gonna do this one the next time I work on sprites.
