Vegeta had a white aura surrounding him so it might be related to UI. Maybe a bootleg version of it which is exclusive to SSB

Goku's use of UI isn't really correct, and seemingly exclusive to him. So it would make sense that Vegeta would have a version exclusive to him as well. Like someone else pointed out, UI is a technique that shouldn't require a transformation to use. Based on the pupils and the shading of his hair, i'd say this is his version of it. I could be wrong but the changes are similar.

I'm personally rather unhappy with those branched transformations, it introduces confusion. Ultimate Gohan is enough IMO, branching out Vegeta and Goku is kinda bull.

Still, if it's only something that's meant to put Vegeta on par with SSjBKKx20 Goku, then I guess I'm cool with it. He still better learn UI later anyway though.

I’ll repeat my message that I put in the strength discussion thread, here.

It looks like Vegeta has some kind of UI or something going on in the ending, mainly when you see that his new Blue form from the preview hasn’t got those eyes that the ending shows him with, so he should be getting another power up. Dunno why he’s blue, but maybe the offensive UI puts you in your most powerful form? I didn’t think he’d get UI but the new ending puts a white outline around him and Goku, and like I said about the eyes being different.

In fact I think that the reason that Vegeta has even gotten this improved SSJB form in the anime is to put him equal with SSJBKK until he gets whatever’s coming next for him. That’s probably why Toyo has given him MSSJB in the manga already, so he doesn’t get two power ups in the ToP.

You guys do realise the NEP is cut from different parts of the episode and not necessarily matching what Goku is saying eg. Goku said he'll show Kale and Cauli SS3 in an NEP but SS3 wasn't physically shown in the same said NEP.
