Fukushima is a mixed bag and is the worst writer in Super at the current moment. But most of the time, his episodes are average at worst. For reference, he wrote 98, 103, 108, 113 and 118. He also wrote Goku meeting Freeza in hell before the tournament and Gohan retraining with Piccolo in 88, which was highly praised by almost everyone and is considered some of his best writing.
Overall, his worst episode this saga is 89, the Tien and Roshi episode.
Fukushima hasn't messed up an episode for the entire TOP. As I said, his worst episodes are average. He isn't the one who wrote 106 or 119 which are widely agreed to be the worst episodes of the tournament.sintzu wrote:
