Distant future?

Post by Terra-jin » Sun Sep 30, 2007 4:11 pm

Check out this picture. Reminds you of something? Here's a hint.

The former picture is a computer-generated simulation of what Earth will look like in 250 million years owing to tectonic plate movement. Kind of makes you wonder, huh?
It's all GOOD

It has 31 as unknown, but it's Muscle Tower.

And that's sorta cool. Seeing as there are flying cars and stuff in DragonBall, it's good to see someone can still grow up to be a bumpkin in the future.

Yeah, definately Muscle Tower. XD Don't know how whoever did that missed it.

Well, it's not like 10,000 years of technological advancement has stopped the rednecks yet. :P

Anyway, as for the comparison itself, meh. Kind of similar but not really. The DB Earth has always looked kind of like China with a mini version of South America tacked on to the left side. XD

Though, that picture will come in handy as a basis for the Earth in a novel I have planned. :D

Also, 19a *and* 19b can't both be the time machine. I think I read somewhere that 19a is Yahhoi, the area that Goku swam to the 22nd Budokai from.

I don't know about 19a and 19b. Obviously they both can't be the same place. But 19a looks like where B3 put the time machine. And it is forested, like where Cell was found. Not really concrete evidence one way or the other, sure, but it makes sense. No idea what 19b could be, though. :?

It must be 19b, then. I know I saw that something on that coastal area is Yahhoi.

Not trying to be a bitch, but that was incredibly rude; rednecks are people too. :x

P.S. Sorry to necropost, but that kinda pissed me off

Sorry, but Mississippi's full of both self-hating Southerners and carpetbaggers who think we're poor backward inbred morons, so the way you worded it came across as an insult.

Not trying to start a political debate here, but why don't people from the south openly discredit those who actually are "poor backward inbred morons" then? Because honestly, the way they're shown on television sometimes, you'd think that everything southwest of Washington D.C. is a deep forest full of religious zealots and anti-abortionists who have lower-than-average mental capacities and live in trailer parks.

There is a train of thought among some northerners and other people worldwide that the south part of the United States is what keeps the country from being fully functional and "the great nation that it once was." If southerners want these negative stereotypes dropped, why don't they do something about shedding these images? Complaining on a message board certainly isn't going to help.

It's a case of the minority ruining how others perceive of the majority, but the majority not standing up against it either.
