Are there any programs that can incode ...
That's like under $100 or something?
I'm having trouble converting my videos, and I cant afford new sofwrer like the ones I heard of.

I sometimes wonder if incode is a valid alteration of encode.
For you, I recommend Bink and Smacker, for that handles almost every format.
However, if you want to pump out the mad WMVs, then you utilize Movie Maker for conversion.
But as far as dealing with AVIs and the sort, Bink and Smacker can be equipped to fit your needs.

VirtualDub is free. It will read any AVI file you have a proper codec for, and export in any AVI you have a proper codec for. Great for your DivX / XviD encodes.
Tsunami MPEG Encoder is free. It will read any AVI file you have a proper codec for (and even QuickTime files if you get the plug-in). Perfect for MPEG-1 / MPEG-2 encodes. 30-day free trial on MPEG-2 encodes, free forever for MPEG-1 encodes.
Watch your grammar... it's pretty horrid. Consider that an actual warning.
