So they brought back freeza just to humiliate him again and showcase toppo´s new transformaton, i´m done with this show.
I saw the outcome of this episode from the very begining, freeza boasting about his power like he has learned nothing from his countless fights agains goku, all the built-up, all the intelligence he has shown throughout this tournament just to be trash by toppo and act like namek´s freeza, what a letdown, very glad that this shitty show is over now.

Until we see him sitting on the sidelines with everyone then he's still in. For all we know someone catches him or he falls on the edge like Freeza.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

I love how Freeza wanted to impress anyone with the speech about a move that destroys planets, which every idiot can do. And here people hate GT just because Goku is impressed by certain things, which also every idiot can do.

MAN!

The whole Toppo-17-Frieza action is MUCH more interesting than Vegeta-Goku-Jiren's fight.
This episode gave me chills, Toppo just become a Beast, and the last 5 minutes of the show were among Tournament of Power's best action.

It was great entertaining.

Probably because Toppo is a much better character than Jiren. One of the better new characters.

I wouldn't trust the titles or preview, just wait for the episode, something these things can be misleading.
Shocked that one here mentioned the scene with Gohan and Beerus.

Hey farmer with a shotgun was, he can't do it..
Come to think of it Yamcha can't either, actually, any of the humans are debatable..
To put it simply, planet busting attacks are still a big thing, it might not be for the people on the stage right now, not even gonna try to defend that, but it's still not something every other guy can pull off..

Personally, I'll take that over GT's "I'll follow your lead, Kakarot" anyday.
I don't remember Vegeta ever saying that on GT :eh:

Then your point is wrong because a) "every idiot" is a commonly used hyperbole and b) I do not know how you come to the conclusion that is a fact Yamcha cannot do it or the rest. They all even trained for the Cyborgs. And anime-wise they are even a lot stronger.

It really isn't, planet busting isn't a feat every fighter can do, if they can, it's still not an easy task for most, that's an incredible amount of energy and to throw that at one individual isn't a joke either..

Tien did the best he can against cell to the point of nearly dying, he fired all his ki in the ground, didn't destroy the planet then..
Freeza was the first casual planet destroyer, he was SS tier, unless you believe humans are above SS tier then no, pulling off a planet busting attack is a big task if at all possible..

Well, anyway, that was meant as a light-hearted comment, I could continue with this but I would rather not, arguments on power levels aren't the best ones to get into

It's taken Goku seconds to go from nothing to full power so it's possible.

Good episode definitely one of the best episode in the ToP.
-I really like the fact that #17 was calm and calculative in this episode even if he was outmach by Toppo.
-Hakaishin Toppo look badass, the way he curbstomped Frieza was awesome through the namek and cell saga homage annoyed me.
-The animation of this episode was fantastic and I like the new sky in the ToP it was definitely better than the green one.
Overall good episode and I'm looking forward to see #17 strategy against Toppo.

Fantastic episode! After 3 dissapointing episodes I'm glad we have an episode that I found myself enjoying a lot. Beautiful animation and art, and decent fighting scenes. Toppo was definitely a beast in this episode! The Freeza beat-down was very enjoyable and satisfying, and 17 was great in this episode too. I loved how he saved Freeza by hitting him with a rock (katchi katchin). I don't get why some people are questioning how Toppo became a god. It was clearly stated in the episode that Marcarita trained him.

Overall, this episode was a 9.5 out of 10 for me. There was nothing that I really disliked about it except I expected some more interactions between 17 and Freeza but that's just a nitpick.

If there was ever the perfect prelude into Toppo attaining his Hakaishin power/mode, this was it.

            God, I LOVED this episode.

Jord wrote:What a bad, bad episode. It's episodes like these why I think it's better that Super (at least temporarily) calls it quits.

With only 6 episodes left we get the same horrible tropes we've seen far too much:

-Character getting a random ass powerup out of nowhere to prolong the fight.
-People at the bench constantly explaining everything in order to fill up running time
-Time progressing as slow as possible. This normally doesn't bother me but when a character has a tactic where he plans to stall in order to let the team win it falls flat when one minute seems to last one episode. Reminded me of Namek's "one minute until the planet explodes".
-No eliminations even though characters clearly CAN eliminate someone.
-Filler fighting. Fighting without any progress in story or characters, meaning the Jiren/Goku/Vegeta fight. That fight didn't progress at all
            -Forced references to earlier Dragonball.

What I did like however were the interactions between Toppo/Freeza/17. 17 Really shined in this episodes and I'm glad this character got a second chance in Super. Freeza was pretty entertaining when the tables were turned.
Wow. There’s always at least one person who finds a lotto complain about. I have things that I dislike about the series, but this is a whole other level. This was one of the better episodes in Super (despite questionable moments) but I still enjoyed it.

If you’re gonna do this kind of complaining why are you even here?
