Do you think Vegeta will get eliminated next ?

Exactly !! people still haven't learned that they won't spoil an elimination in the preview. they'd rather that be surprising. i don't know how Vegeta fans will take his elimination if it happens. i'm not sure he will of course but i feel like they don't even consider that being a possibilty. as for me a 17 fan it's not that i don't consider 17 being eliminated cuz he can get eliminated at this point at any moment but i don't feel like they will get him out without a bang like that person is alluding. seriously making someone who has been practically the face of the arc for U7 lose with a blast from Toppo like that sounds not right. ep 127 sounds more fitting to a 17 elimination as it sounds like he might do something affective that will lead to a possible elimination.

I haven't posted on this forum for a long time but you are wrong to assume its "Vegeta fans" who think it will be 17 next. I am one of the biggest Vegeta fans and I absolutely think that Vegeta could be knocked out in the next episode. I just hope if he is he will take out Toppo too because I disagree with you that he has done anything significant yet. I guess the most significant thing he has done is get a new power up which is nice and all but if he doesn't actually get to do anything with it that will be disappointing. As for his eliminations they were all mostly fodder. If he takes out Toppo then I'll be sad he is gone but satisfied than if he is just rung out by Toppo. And I don't really see the point of saving Toppo for someone else. Jiren will provide enough difficulty I think.


I think 17 could also possibly be next if its not Vegeta but then I 100% don't think he will be eliminated in 126 because if its not his focus episode then there is no way he will be. And you are right there is no way they will show someone getting knocked out in the preview.

Anyways I just wish people wouldn't label all fans the same way. I am sure all 17 fans don't think the same way either do Vegeta fans (Okay Vegeta is my favorite but I am quite fond of 17 too to be honest). In the end everyone wants their favorites to stay in for as long as possible and to do something significant before they go (although I am sure we all don't agree with what is significant).


As for Toshio's "cool Vegeta" episode mentioned above I am not actually convinced we will ever see it. There is always a chance that stuff was written for Super that won't ever be produced (but that's just the pessimist in me talking. Which is also why I do believe Vegeta has a high chance of being eliminated next episode).

Anyways before episode 122 and when the ending elimination theory was going around there were tons of theories that Vegeta would be knocked out early. And of course when Vegeta fought Jiren everyone thought he would be knocked out.

I don't know about this episode but I think people are being pretty foolish if they think there isn't a strong possibility that Vegeta may be knocked out in an episode titled "Vegeta's life threatening move" .

Toshio wrote several weeks ago that his episode is "bit far off in the future" so we will surely see his "Cool Vegeta".

Personally, if Vegeta takes out Toppo with him, I will be OK with it, because Toppo can be on par with Beerus' power right now or at least rival that power lol.


I was rooting for Vegeta and hoping that he would survive 'till the very end and maybe contribute to Jiren's defeat but I guess that's not gonna happen, so just let him take out Toppo and I think Vegeta's fanbase won't complain.

Yes, from the Nep I would say that the title has something to do with that huge hakkai energy ball God Toppo is creating, as if in order to counter it, vegeta had to tank it first then return it to toppo risking his own life in the process.

On the other hand i have to admit that i´m starting to be fond of 17, he is the most tactical and smartest fighter in the tournament by a long shot, provided that freeza has lost all his coolness because of his stupid performance in the last episode.

I'm a frieza fan so yes! I hope vegeta goes out next. But he's gotta go out taking toppo down 1st. I've always liked vegeta, but the story would be more interesting if it's 17 and frieza at the end with goku.

This is just my personal opinion but next episode does sound like Vegeta's last stand. i mean he did his best, eliminated lots of warriors, had a great fight with Jiren AND he's about to fight Toppo god. ever since i saw the Toyotaro poster where Goku, 17 and Frieza were hilighted i couldn't stop but think that they're potentiall the final 3 now don't quote me on that i could be very wrong but i just can't see Goku and Vegeta fusing in this arc and i also don't see what's left for Vegeta ? i mean 127 does potentially hint at being a 17's episode but it's 100% yet so i'm just speculating. what's your thought on Vegeta being next to go ? will you be okay with it ?

You’ve come across as very condescending throughout this tournament. Not in the sense that you think you’re superior to everyone but that you come up with every reason why every other character should be knocked out besides 17. Its.....kinda annoying and I’m amazed that I haven’t seen anyone say this yet. You’re always starting topics of “this is why so and so lost and not 17”. I’m a 17 fan, but this just gets ridiculous sometimes.

As far as Vegeta goes, I’d like to think he will leave the arena when toppo leaves the arena. If Toppo and Vegeta survive next episode, then I expect Vegeta to be around past that. 17s time is coming up shortly after that though.

Agreed. Also, Toriyama didn't even plan on bringing Vegito back for the Zamasu saga. In the original script, it is stated that Fused Zamasu would have been overpowered by Goku and Vegeta and that they would take turns fighting him. It is clear that Toriyama doesn't want to bring Vegito back, and frankly i agree with him. Goku and Vegeta are evolving in their own different ways, why should they fuse now that they have finally achieved new and unique forms and techniques? It seems a waste. And it is clear with the Potara retcon that Toriyama doesn't want Vegito to play a major role, even if he did came back for the Tournament of Power. And Beerus wouldn't risk fusion now, because if Jiren's overwhelming power were somehow able to eliminate Vegito, then Universe 7 would lose two fighters instead of one, a risk that Beerus is not willing to take.

They should of (Toyo and Toei) saved Vegetto for this arc instead of the previous one. Best was fusion against Jiren> times run out> Defuse> Vegeta sacrifice himself and dies in front of Goku. Goku getting angry unlock Ultra Instinct and beats Jiren. If Super ends it will be in style.

I think 17's getting rung out next, but not until that Final Barrier episode. (127). They're saving Freeza for something. I think Vegeta's staying in until the end. Why give him a power up only to ring him out? I also think Gogeta is still in the cards, so.

i've seen some crazy theories about Freeza, like... he will be unconscious until the end of the tournament, while it appears that Jiren and Goku fight ends in a draw, but U7 win by having Goku and Freeza on the stage...

well... from now on everything is so unpredictable. I don't want Vegeta to go before #17, or Freeza outlasting everyone, but we have no hints about what will happen from now on.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Toshio write the Cabba episode? I'd consider Vegeta saving Cabba and the scene where he told him he'd wish them back a pretty "cool Vegeta" moment, plus the episode had Vegeta in the title.

No. If he is getting eliminated it should be between episodes 127 and 130. The Tournament is speculated to end judging by the minute per episode rule. And Toshio said back in September that he finished writing a cool Vegeta episode. Episodes are written 5 to 6 months ahead of time and episode 126 wasn’t written by Toshio so Vegeta isn’t going out this episode and probably not episode 127 either since then episode 127 title insinuates that 17 will get eliminated that episode. DBS has put a lot more equality between Goku and Vegeta and i expect it to end with Goku and Vegeta either winning or going down together.

Plus, I highley doubt 17 would outlast Vegeta. Gohan? Yes since he was a comeback character. Vegeta the second main character? Naa. No offensive 17 fans.

Considering I find Vegeta finds incredibly boring, I have no interest in this episode's fight from Vegeta's perspective. I don't think Vegeta will go next, but we'll see. Toppo going down next episode by Vegeta's hand, while I would love to see it, would be too soon. But the title of 127 sounds too much like 17 so I don't know what'll happen.
