If we ever get a new series, I hope they come up with a better color scheme. Nagamine's filter is saving this arc, but it doesn't do miracles and the color scheme itself is still not that good.

When I see how gorgeous the Full Color Volumes and now DB FighterZ look, I can't stop thinking that Toei never truly did justice in bringing Akira Toriyama's World to life, in that department.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro
Favourite new DB Animators: Yuya Takahashi and Chikashi Kubota

They should use the Ultimate Tenkaichi intro colors.

I'm usually not that harsh but this is horrible. Everything looks so stiff.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Good god Yamamuro that looks awful. What the actual hell is that UI Goku :wtf:

Yes this sooooo much. SS actually looks good not this sickly vomit colour they've been using.

Yuya Takahashi just posted some fan art of Teen Gohan!

Is there a chance he might return in the climax of the TOP?

Here is the latest rental dvd cover. While I'm happy that Cabba is in there instead of the Saiyan Girls, it looks photoshopped

色彩設計 Color Design - The color designer works closely with the supervising animation director and art designer to develop a color palette for all of the characters, items, and backgrounds that appear in the series.

Many thanks!

Interesting to see Super's only had 2 color designers and that they've had the same one since episode 47.

Stiff? What do you mean by that? It doesn't look good but what made you come up with this word in particular?

Hit's pose is a bit stiff but the UI one is not.
