It's actually Cell's voice actor. We were talking about this on an earlier page in the thread.

He sounds drunk in the Cell Games clip, but in the Trunks one he sounds...I don't know how you'd describe it. Maybe high.

Imperfect Cell sounded just like that in BT1. He sounds like he just wants to laugh, for some odd reason.

I've been playing on this the past couple days and its a rather mixed bag to me. I like most of the new characters but "Frieza Soldier" ? Give me a break. I think when it comes to adding in characters you should draw the line at ones that aren't even important enough to warrent a freakin' name.

No being able to just outright pick a tournament and difficulty is just stupid. "Well, I'd like to do the 'Otherworld Tournament' but I'll have to enter and exit menus twenty more times before it opens" Bah I say. Bah.

There's something I don't get in BT3. The song for the opening is Super Survivor, (Instrumental), and just about all sites that I go on say that you beat certain tournaments to get the Full and Short versions of the Vocal and non-vocal versions. I tried it on my game, and I got nothing but some Z-Points. Is there something I'm missing, or is Super Survivor not battle music?

I've been having the same problem. I passed almost all tournaments already, 3 of them should have given me the songs, but none did. Did the PAL version excluded the songs?

But yes, of course it has been excluded - I mean, what did you expect?

Really, it's sad, but the PAL version really doesn't have any way to unlock any version of Super Survivor (you can just listen to it in the opening and that's it).

A friend of mine with the PAL version even tried some Codebreaker (?) codes or something, which unlocked characters and so on, but no "super survivor" music at all.

So from what I have heard and seen, it is NOT in as battle background music - sad but true :/

Well... I was expecting that, but since everyone was saying you could unlock those, I was trying to do it. It doesn't really bother me, I can always download the instrumental version, I already have the vocal one.

In the jap. version it can be unlocked anyways...
But well, as much as I like Super Survivor, I dislike the opening (video) itself - compared to the anime sequences of Budokai 2 or 3 ^^

I'm worried about playing the Wii version online with all these passwords for super hacked characters with too many unaccesable items.

Its gonna be boring fighting against someone who can wipe out a bar of health with one basic combo

You have to have most of the characters to help with the story.

And I agree with the tournement thing, but I can live with it.

Well, not only that but he sounds like Zarbon lol
This isn't good at all compared to the japanese voice of Akkuman/Devilman (which I like more than the english).

But oh well, no dub for this game seems to be perfect

Who voices General Blue in this game, anyway? Toshio Furukawa or Bin Shimada? I'd guess Furukawa since he played him in the TV Series. Shimada just did him in the Anniversary Movie, I think.
