Me thinks that it is to make it more fair. In BT2, his rush could be spam insanely, cause he flew so quick. At least he can't spam it long distance now.

Doesn't that make it even harder for the other person to defend against it though, because they'll have much less time to react before the Rush connects? Or is it easy to stop them?

Well, it makes Broly less of a threat from long-range but a deadly short-range character.

It seems that Kid Buus rush can still be spammed, though(Triagle + L2 + Up) My brother wins easily with that when he plays tournements. It seems that when you kick them into the air, they're up long enough for you to recharge your Ki and attack again. Luckily, I never face him when he uses Kid buu. :S

Yeah, I don't like being knocked down long enough for the opponent to charge another super, but when I knock the enemy down, I bearlyhave enough time to start powering up, let alone get in another attack...
Bwahaha, this month I think sagas is more fun than Sparking*. I think I still want to try out Meteor (Blegh, probably not getting it until christmas; I guess that ives me enough time to try and read the guide in the help thread.)
And... I've heard things about the new targeting system that confuses me. -_- how does it work now?

* Ok, so it was CoOp, and pendulum mode, and I was SSJ Gohan fighting Raditz. Sagas did a few things right. Not enough most of the time... but a sequel might be interesting (or annoying).

Yeah, it locks on automatically now. I dont' really like that, because sometimes I just want to explore the stages, and I can't do that now.

I have a quick question; what are some of the features they took out of Sparkling Neo?

I already know they took out the ability to lock on.

Shes crazy fun to play as. Heck just making her run in circles is fun.
She's even more fun to play against.

I almost fell on the floor LOLing when I read this. I cheated - that is exactly how I beat the Cell Games on Level 3 to unlock...King Cold, I think it was. I equipped Kid Buu with Dende's Healing in addition to his own natural healing, so that he'd heal Uber fast. Then, I did nothing but use his rush. Then while they were down, I'd power up again, and as soon as they started to get up, I'd use it again. Cheap yes, but it worked.

I cannot tell you how hard it was for me to beat her in the What-if story...all I wanted was to get a dragonball, and she showed no mercy...

After watching Mr Satan's move list, I was wondering, for the B2 that used to be an Ultimate in BT3, is it random like the last game. Where it is either 1 or high damage? Or is it alway a lot of damage now, making Mr Satan less suck.

It seems to be 50/50, at least for me it's been like that, one time he takes no damage (or one? I can't remember), the other it takes normal damage.
About the Grab Rush's they are supposed to be that way. That's why they are unblockable now.

It actually takes a lot, or no damage this time. I was fighting him once, and he got that move on me, and it was funny how everytime he hit me, the 0(That shows how much damage you take/give) just bounced over and over and over.

And Mr. Satan is supposed to suck, thats the glory of it.

Ain't that the truth! If I really wanted Mr. Satan to be good, I'd equip him with a crapton of Items, but I'd rather be the bastard that I am and let him writhe in agony as I beat him to death as SSJ4 Gogeta.
Next quest: Buy the Super: Broly and Super Hero Blurays, also Daima whenever that releases in the states. Also the Super Manga!

That's so cool of him, but that's insane.

XD

This made my night. At last!

Highlights...

No.18: "I have to whip you into shape every once in a while, honey."
Krillin: "Try not to kill me, baby...?"

King Vegeta: "Yes, you're one of those Tuffles we destroyed a long time ago. Seems we missed one."
Babi: "Shut up! All Saiyans must die!"

Buu: "You make Buu mad! Buu make you dead!"
Majin Vegeta: "I'm not going to Hell alone... I'm taking you with me!"

SSj3 Goku: "If it isn't Tao! Long time no see. You look funny in those goggles!"
Cyborg Tao: "Nooo!"

Ozaru Goku: "ROOOAAAR!"
Grandpa Gohan: "Now THIS could be a problem..."

Chi-Chi: "Goku? Why have you gotten so big?!"
Goku: "Chi-Chi was sure cute back then..."

Gohan (GSM): "Whaddya think, Trunks? Pretty cool, huh?"
Chibi Trunks: "No comment. ...Loser."

Videl (GSW): "Great Saiyawoman has arrived!"
Pan: "Stop it! It's so embarrassing!"

Videl (GSW): "Let's have a match, dad!"
Mr. Satan: "Videl! That's a SWEET outfit!"

Hercule: "Haha! Cell, get ready to taste my fist!"
Cell: "Who is this idiot?"

One I was looking for but didn't see was GT Kid Goku vs DB Kid Goku. That HAS to be interesting.

Yeah I noticed he missed a few.

Great Saiyaman has some hilarious dialogue versus the Ginyu force... or at least he did in BT2.

Wow, that is pretty cool. But the constant, "I am Goku, from Earth!" is quite annoying. Shouldn't Piccolo and Dr Wheelo have a special one too? And SSj Kaboom is right, there must be a DB Kid Goku vs GT Kid Goku.

Nope, none for GT Goku and DB Goku

GT Goku says something like "don't underestamate me because of my size"
and DB Goku says something like "lets go".
