Toriyama is more involved with heroes than that he designed every race the 5th anivarsy guide confirms this and we do know he contributes even more than that but we don’t know to what extent

Heroes using Yamoshi this early does not Toriyama created him for this game. Also, like Dragon Ball FighterZ, which used a concept that only existed in interviews, Heroes would do the same if this is indeed Yamoshi.

It's from the PV trailer (the one that is long, generally four or five minutes explaining the mechanics that will be introduced). It'll be available on March 1st (if Heroes doesn't surprise us again and release it sooner than the expected).

Power levels are not just big numbers:

Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
Hm, I kinda want to say that masked mystery person may be SSJ4 Gohan? Looking at Heroes designs for him and comparing it with this person, there are a lot of similarities aside from that "bang" hanging the wrong way. Trying not to think too much about it. His eyes may be whited out because of whatever he's in. There is the question of the lack of an "outline" around the eyes though, as in traditional SSJ4 and even with Gohan's design.
Would be cool if it were Yamoshi, like some other people have speculated, though.

Gohan's already had super saiyan 4 so I'd rather the new guy be someone else whose not been given anything like Xeno Goten who doesnt even have forms he had in the show

He has long hair, in most picture the brightness isn’t high enough to see it but he has long Raditz like hair with the gohan bang, it could be gohan or someone completely new

tried that, and its not definite given gohan doesnt have a ssj3 style mullet, so its not a case of 'may agree'
