Anyway, believe me. I'm ok: ) Its just an anime. I dont care. If I don't like the ending, I'm simply going to move on. I dont even plan to watch 130 and 131. I'm not going to watch something I'm no longer interested in. You will get a picture of me smiling: )
You were a bit too insistent on Goku having to outshine Vegeta and a bit too disturbed by Vegeta getting as much spotlight as he did. And now you're proving that you don't even consider the rest of the show worth seeing through to the end because your elevated expectations were not met. I'm not happy for you, but you shouldn't have had to drag Vegeta down to pull Goku up. They've been portrayed as characters of more or less equivalent importance throughout this series, so having expectations of Goku outshining Vegeta so completely were probably a bit misplaced.
No matter what Goku went through to surpass Jiren, Jiren's plot armor was simply too strong "Now i will reveal my full power for the 700th time"
Despite struggling against Omen Goku, Jiren is some how miraculously about to defeat MUI Goku (a form which the gods were in awe of) simply because Jiren chose to "get serious this time"..for the 900th time.
Who would've known that all it takes to beat mastered UI is to just "get serious"
People want to talk about "asspulls". Jiren suddenly beating MUI Goku is the biggest asspull I've ever seen in Dragon Ball
Not even the MAIN CHARACTER of Dragon Ball (Goku) WITH MUI, could defeat Jiren's Mary Sue plot armor. Lovely isn't it?
And then furthermore, to set this all up just to give Frieza the win? Frieza has been rehashed to death now.
All they had to do is make MUI look badass and let Goku finally have just 1 win to close out the show. It's like Toriyama/Toei are purposely trying to screw up the ending as bad as possible. It's like they asked themselfes, "what's the worst way to end the show? Ok let's do it"
Why does that matter? We still need to make wild assumptions based on a few lines from magazine of which we don't the full context of. That is the Dragon Ball way.
