I think krillin stated he stole thing and was basically an early sudo villain(possibly soft villain.) in the early days of DB. he was portrayed that way basically and we very sleazy in their early training years. I think it says he was basically a thief and things off camera. And I was referring to grandpa gohan. That was another joke.

Obviously goku's kids aren't villains. Neither are vegeta as far as I know. Although I don't know of any real material focusing on them enough to know besides their normal anime appearances.

Harassment - Zamasu.

Destruction of Private Property - From punching Krillin.
